“An auxiliary battery I bought for my Chrysler Pacifica was 1/3 the cost of all the auto parts stores. And they had them in stock, which I would have had to order through the auto auto parts stores. They fully charged it before I picked it up, which I've never seen an auto parts store do. I've always had to put it on my charger After i bought it home, which can take 1/2-1 hour with 1-2 amps of current. The next time I need a car battery, I will check with them first.”

This takes dedication and integrity that many find hard to achieve. How I am correlating my business with Kelly' TV Repair is that he was asked a question from me. This question was designed to test the owner as to his integrity & I wanted to know the truth. The question "I purchased this TV 3 years ago $4,500 dollars for the best I could afford at this time" / "Is this TV worth fixing now that Black Friday is here in my mind and cost of these things have gone down extremely as they do." His response was NO you do want to fix this TV as its still a good TV and still goes for almost $3k. My thought was heck this question must be asked almost every time. The owner has the opportunity to tell the customer that yeah, the tv is broken maybe you could get one current that wouldn't cost that much more, and with attempt to persuade the customer to just say well can you get rid of the one I brought! So of course, he could re-sale it RIGHT, NOOO! HE DID NOT DO THIS The owner was extremely honest and made me feel like fixing my TV was truly worth it. He not only fixed it using new Sony parts but did it a week early. Thank YOU the TV works perfect again and more so thank you for being worth the research and expense. Guys and Gals fix your TV before you buy a new one. Can you believe its even possible as everything, we have now is designed to be disposable. Thanks to Kelly's TV, I will not just assume its a throw away anymore.”

“Came in with a water logged 2019 macbook pro in a state of distress and Evan took fantastic care of me. I was in a time crunch and Evan helped me figure out whether it would it be worth trying to fix, which would be a good replacement laptop, and places I could go to buy it.
