Not that it's going to matter any, but if I could I would give them no stars. Hell, negative stars. They tell you one thing and then come back with a dollar amount completely different. Stay far away.

Ent headquarters has more 1 star reviews than any other, so consider that when moving forward with them.Scott literally told me to bank at Wells Fargo when I mentioned that they have free 24 hours overdraft protection, Jamie was a stepping stone and a waste of time I don't understand why these "supervisors" exist.I'm never got a call back from Matthew as i was told would.I have banked here since 2013 and I'm closing my accounts as quickly as I can. This place has gone to complete garbage.I left these to get away from big bank fees. But now they are just as bad if not worse.

If I could give zero stars I would! One of the most unprofessional banks you will ever do business with!!!!! Their customer service will hang up on you, they will tell you stuff that are lies.Do not waste your time opening an account with this bank? Do not get a car loan with this bank. Do not do anything with this bank, they are criminals. John I have already wasted my time trying to work things out and NONE of your employees care or even try to care so no John I won't waste my time talking ro you so you can do nothing about it just like ALLLLĹLL of your so called managers did nothing about it but lie to my daughter and me, then try and talk down to me. Your employee is lucky he runs his mouth over a phone and not in person!!

I have been a member for a decade now. I love Ent. They are so easy to work with and always helpful. We have done banking, home loans, car loans and personal loans with them and I would recommend them any day

If you're black don't bank with this credit Union. The disrespect I receive every-time pay my bill is disgusting. Avontae in collections needs a customer service refresher. Her attitude and delivery is HORRIBLE. As many Americans I have fallen into financial trouble. But, the belittling I receive from the reps in the collections department is just horrible. It almost makes you feel less than a human to be spoken to that way. I've gotten experiences from two other African American account holders with military background and they've expressed the same thing. I cannot wait to depart from this financial institution.

If your new to ENT or have been here your whole life like me, make sure you ask and understand the difference between “courtesy” fees and “insufficient funds” fees. ENT reimburses the “insufficient funds” fee, but not the “courtesy” fees. The difference is so mind-numbingly insignificant it’s LITERALLY all about making money. I feel like an idiot for not catching this stuuuuupid loophole before now.Unless your finances are spotty cause life is a challenge, just opt out of the “courtesy” ones, cause you’ll end up owing more than the missed charges. There’s no courtesy in having someone charge you $30 for insufficient funds on a $9 charge... “[ENT] stopped reimbursing [courtesy fees] in 2022,” so even if your accounts are perfect and you never have issues and then you have one misstep… well, they gotta make money somehow!!

I.... In near 15 years... Have NEVER been treated with compassion, understanding, friendliness, attitude to me as a person... (I've run out of every positive words i can say about the company and every associate I've come in contactwith)... I truly feel I am an OWNER. Not once in all my years of doing business with ENT have I ever left or hung up without a smile on my face... Second to NONE you guys!!! Truly!

Dear ENT Credit Union,I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your institution. Recently, my huge business account was closed without any prior communication from the bank. To say the least, this was extremely disappointing and I was left feeling disrespected as a customer. The customer representative I dealt with was named Corrina. She would not give me her last name. Big red flag!It’s worth noting that I have run hundreds of thousands of dollars through this account without any problems in the past. However, as a seasonal business, I can only make deposits during certain times of the year - either in the winter or summer months. Unfortunately, this seems to have been interpreted as a lack of activity on my part and my account was closed without my knowledge.My biggest gripe with the situation is that I wasn't notified about the account closure beforehand. Given the size of my business account, it would have been courteous and respectful to receive a phone call before the decision was made to close the account.All of today this has left me feeling very frustrated with ENT Credit Union, and I believe that this kind of behavior is unacceptable for any financial institution. I urge your team to review its policies and procedures, particularly with regard to how it handles big accounts in seasonal businesses so that others are not left in my situation.Overall, my experience with ENT Credit Union has been quite good but after this incident, I cannot in good conscience recommend this institution to anyone. I sincerely hope that you will take steps to address these concerns and ensure that no other customers are treated in the same way in the future.

I tried to access my online account from home this evening. Going through the process I encountered the two step verification. I waited for 5 minutes and no code was received. I tried again and to no avail. The screen stated that if I encountered problems . I called and it is after hours and the conversant system doesn't have an option to talk to a live person. I reverted to an option that I could speak to a live individual which identified that they were located in Asia and of course I talked to **** and he wasn't helpful and could not provide provide my any other avenue and stated that I had to wait and call during business hours.This created an inconvenience because of needing to download some information for some financial reports. I have encountered this problem before during business hours and have been transferred to the Security and ****************** who can see if any attempts have been made on my account. I get that during business hours but creates an inconvenience if I have to try and login on the weekends and it is after hours and encounter this issue. The conversant system is something to be desired and should have an option where a live person can be contacted. It is apparent that the technical department is not staffed 24 hours. I am giving this institution a try hoping to change from my present one that I have because of their same practice for customer service. These numbers listed are contact numbers for Ent.

I opened an account here several years ago because they pay good interest rates on savings and checking and because they are a local CU with modern technology. However the fact that they stopped interest payments altogether and have still not raised them on savings despite rising fed interest rates has caused me to move all of my savings to another bank. Every once in a blue moon I need a brick and mortar bank so for that reason I haven't closed my account but it wouldn't take much to change my mind. This is a membership bank. My family has always supported local banks over national banks but losing 4+ percent is not in my best interest in an 8+ percent or more inflationary period. Last month I got 0.050% which amounted to 1 penny. 1 star each for customer service and tech which is not that common in local CUs. 3 missing stars as stated.

ENT credit unuion is completely a unethical organization. They charge you extra money for your loans. They are crooks! They are straight up criminals. They shouldn't even be allowed to run their business!

I woke up one morning and my bank balance was -2400$ I have no clue why, I called in they said they were looking into it but no call back after a week. I have no charge for anywhere near that amount, I also have 3,000$ that I can not touch that has been UNABLE to use since early 2021 and no one can figure out why I FIRST CALLED ABOUT THE 3000$ IN NOVEMBER 2021. I have been trying to close this bank account but they will not let me with that money I am unable to touch still in my account. I would not recommend this bank one single bit and I will be reporting this to anyone that will be able to investigate this at a federal level. Unbelievable.
