ENT Credit Union is the worst. They keep calling me using an automated system but when I call them back, I'm put on hold indefinitely. Worst bank ever! iIf you must speak to me, have someone with a warm brain call me.

Ent Credit Union staff are incredible and the plethora of services offered here cover such a wide variety of financial needs. I love their mobile app! I remember a time when they weren't open on Saturdays - can I say I love that this has changed. I'm not saying that things don't go a little wonky from time to time. What I AM saying is that their staff are always polite, kind, helpful and happy to serve! I've been on the phone with Breanna and she has been SO patient and went above & beyond to help me with my request to get a Medallion Signature Guarantee seal.So grateful for all of her care!

Worst bank in the world I was suggesting anyone looking for a bank not to go here they rob you of your money and allow people to take transactions off your card and they do nothing about it but tell you that you have to figure it out on your own but you still have to pay them. I'd rather Bank through Walmart then to go through them ever again. PS I'm looking up on starting a lawsuit against them for it anyone want ends

The building is nice and has a cozy atmosphere, they have a Keurig machine for coffee while you wait. The tellers are generally friendly and in good spirits. They have a 24-hour ATM inside although I tried to use it before they opened once and the door was locked. They have two drive-thru ATM's around back but frequently only one lane is open at a time and on several occasions the cash deposit feature has been offline.

This is worst branch in town waiting 30 minutes to open a new account next in lane and no customers in the rooms go to a different branch

Came in to talk to someone for help, 2 people that came in AFTER I did were helped BEFORE me. The lady at the front desk didn't put me in the system before them, cuz she answered the phone ?

Very, very disappointed. Let me explain. This morning at appx. 7:30 am I attempted to use the ATM (keep in mind I have never used the ATM there). Big sign on front door "24 Hour ATM". Realized the door was locked. Thinking that door being locked was in error because the right door had sighn "use other door due to wind". Upon departing disappointed, I noticed a few employees milling around stoec. I waved my arms and knocked on the glass in hopes of getting someone's attention so I can inform them the door was locked. Now for my outrage. I did gain someone's attention (photo attached) as he walked past the door, he laughed at me. Outraged is an understatement. Shortly there after an ENT customer arrived immediately recognizing my plight. He informed me he had the same problem for several weeks. He was instructed by staff there you must use your ATM card, swipe it in an obscure 1" X 4" reader located right side of the entrance door. When I say obscure reader I really mean obscure. Very poor professionalism.
