This location is horrible don’t even bother. Machine only lets you do video teller and can’t do a simple transaction as putting cash into your bank or taking cash out. Big joke.

I have been a member of ENT Credit Union since it was affiliated with School District #11. I love ENT and would not consider another bank. I have had checking accounts, savings accounts, car loans and mortgages with them. They have always handled everything in a professional manner while being friendly at the same time. They are simply the best!

Today was the second time at this location that my deposit was short because of either an error with their machine or their teller, and I've already received the VM that they found no error so this is my recourse. I've had similar issues in other branches where their machine gave a different total than what I gave the teller, but their tellers acknowledged the discrepancy (usually the machine didn't read a bill) and were able to fix it. So today he either wasn't listening when I told him the amount of my deposit, or he didn't think it was worth acknowledging the discrepancy; I pointed it out after checking my receipt. Regardless, my deposit was $20 short of what my business records indicate for the week. They also tried to explain it away because I got $20 in quarters (from cash I intentionally set aside from my deposit and did not include in my count). As if I don't know how much money I am taking to the bank. No matter the branch, I will be counting my cash on the counter in front of the teller (and hopefully a camera) from now on.

I’m blown away by how wonderful the employees advocate for their customers to be happy and successful. I am extremely grateful for meeting Mikaela at the front desk. She greeted me with a huge happy smile and stood in for me after a very rough year and needing banking I hadn’t otherwise been able to attain. What an amazingly, caring, and kind professional she is. Award-winning service!

This is one of few Ent locations with extremely slow and unprofessional customer service. Disappointed every time. I will probably start going back to the Weber location.

The security guard and the tellers were very friendly, it was raining very heavily outside and they let me wait inside until my ride came.

Tellers are great!! Don't like restrictions on where I can spend my money. ( No gambling sites). Biggest problem was switch to contactless debit cards without asking the customers!! I do not want a contactless card!! No way no how. Took 20 minutes before I could talk to a manager when I went inside. She said we have no choice. Visa is MAKING us go contactless. So if I stand within 12 inches of the scanner at the store, it might charge my card without me having any idea. Switching to other bank Tuesday if not offered my old card back, which was supposed to be good until 2025.

Shining happy people. Teller Jeff is worth more than his weight in gold! Recently I've been disappointed with ENT but today I realized ENT isn't the problem. If only the staff at the Woodland Park ENT treated people how Teller Jeff just treated me at the Old Colorado City branch then I'm positive the world would be rid of famine, poverty, and disease. Thank you Teller Jeff. Please send help... the Woodland Park branch is sinking.
