Reserved a full size truck online. Picking it up was quick and painless, as was returning it. The total price for a weeklong rental could have been a little lower, but I'll pay a little extra to get in and out as quickly as I was. I will definitely rent from here anytime I need a rental.

I originally got my rental with Enterprise through Auto Hail Repair +, but the overall experience with Enterprise was good! They originally didn't have the rental I was hoping for but got me settled in a nice AWD SUV that would keep me alive through the winter. The car did well and it was easy to communicate and work with this location.

Robert is the main guy at this branch and he is unprofessional.Consistently he messes things up:1. Told me that they would provide a shuttle to pick me up after I dropped off my car to get repaired -- then was not able to get a shuttle so I had to either get my own uber or walk2. Upon returning the rental in perfect condition, was later charged for damage that their own shop inflicted upon the vehicle.Robert consistently plays the 'I won't talk with you if you are upset' card. Hung up on me while I was trying to get information on who I could contact to resolve the situation.10/10 would go to a different location.Note: After contacting customer care, they resolved my case with the vehicle so I didn't end up getting screwed out of money.

Great experience from start to finish with the gals at this enterprise location. I was dealing with an insurance claim situation, and even though cars were hard to find they were able to get me into exactly what I was hoping for. Miranda took care of me in the beginning, and even though she was new to the position, was throroughly knowledgeable and extremely accomodating. She actually was able to get me into the car I was hoping for rather than the one that was initially offered (I wanted something with better gas mileage). Thanks for everything Miranda! Maci took care of my return. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently, along with chatting with my insurance company to get a 1 day extention on my rental, which took a task off my already full plate. She also went over all the billing and refund schedule as well in perfect detail. From start to finish 5/5 stars, thank you ladies!

I rented a car from this Enterprise through my insurance after an accident. While the website allowed me to choose a car and date/time for pick up, and assured me this request would be reviewed within 4 hours, when I showed up to pick up the car, the employee had no information about my reservation other than a rental claim by my insurance. A young woman was attending to me, but her coworker immediately joined the conversation when I was trying to clarify why I had presented in person to pick up the car. He was then extremely patronizing and told me there were 18 people ahead of me and that this poor young woman had already had to make calls to everyone this morning (including me). I explained that no one had called me, that I was not seeking special treatment, that I was simply trying to explain why I was there in person at that time. It is clear to me that this young man has never seen the user interface that his company presents to clients and does not understand the meaning of customer service.

Called and reserved a car. Got there they didn't have one. They said they called us but never received a call or a text. The man at the desk was rather rude and forward. God forbid if you decide to do something at the spur of the moment and get chastised for it. Will not use them again.. update went down the road to Avis, who worked with us and got us a car for a better price and very friendly.

Absolutely disgusting service. Called me on my way to pick up my car after i flew all the way out here for vacation. Do not rent from here. At least have the dignity to rent from the downtown one that lets you know they have nothing available ahead of time. Also it’s not a reservation it’s a request for a car according to this enterprise.

I declined addl coverage, like I always do and they still included it and charged me for it. Called them twice and they never responded. Make sure you don't get slammed with unauthorized charges by them. You're just a dollar sign to them.

Guy named Baker provided excellent service. Started out a little rough getting the preferred vehicle we wanted but it worked out in the end. Drove away happy. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have truly never experienced greater, more compassionate customer service than with Baker at this Enterprise location. A few days into our honeymoon, our car completely broke down and Baker not only waited with us, helping with insurance over the phone but also combed through options to get us the best rate possible. Thank you Baker for making our very first car emergency go smoothly.
