Tony has no customer service at all . Would recommend any other place. The airport location is so much better. Save your self the hassle just go somewhere else.

Insurance was picking up the tab while my car was getting repaired. They added their insurance without my approval, had me sign my contact to get my vehicle then charged my credit card for the insurance when I returned the rental. Called to dispute, said they have my signature and not going to do anything for me.

Mathew made sure I had a great experience. He even turned the heat on in the rental car for me because it was cold outside. It was very considerate of him. He also followed up with me after I turned in my rental after hours. Mathew was very polite and courteous. Good customer service is hard to come by and it is good to know there are people like Mathew who still do an amazing job.

I had a reservation for a premium car but was given a Hyundai Venue. Not the premium I requested. When I got home my husband reminded me that the reservation was for a premium level car. When I called the office I was told that was all they had available and I could exchange it in a few days. Inconvenience to go back and exchange the car when you work 8-5:30. Why make a reservation for a specific level of car and it's not available? This has happened before with Enterprise along with vehicles that had some kind of issue (low tire pressure, oil change reminder etc). This will be the last time I rent from Enterprise.

Short story: Great customer service, easy to pick up and return. We wanted an AWD SUV for a weekend trip, which was easy to select and was available. The agent walked us through the process and inspection of the car, and answered all questions immediately.Note: 1st car was defective, it started overheating badly 15 minutes into our trip. Enterprise online assistance was responsive and ready to send a tow-truck and pick us up but we were able to get the car back to the office and swapped out for another AWD SUV within minutes. After return, they discounted our total price for the inconvenience.Other than the engine issue, both cars were clean and loaded with amenities.Great Customer service all round definitely made a big positive difference for us.

Showed up for a prearranged rental and was told they had run out of cars. The person delivering the news seemed more interested in chastising me for missing her phone call that morning than apologizing for not having a car. I was told to come back the next day. They failed their primary mission and could have cared less. Never again.

This location will leave you on hold for 20+ minutes, I recommend you reach out to the location on north Nevada as they greet you on the phone and have a conversation.

Horrible customer service. This branch will lie and make things up, wrongly blame insurance carriers and overcharge you. Enterprise was once a reputable company…no longer unfortunately. All over a $28.50 overcharge that they won’t make right. How many millions of dollars does Enterprise make every year off of shady business practices. Buyer beware. Use Avis or Hertz for sure.

I have to give a 3-star review because I recently rented from Enterprise and although the customer service was good, I was provided the worst vehicle I've ever received from a rental agency. The reps were aware that I would be traveling 18 hours, round trip, from CO to CA for business and the vehicle I was given was a Mirage with two missing front hubcaps. We ended up driving it home from the agency and after having it for an hour, decided there was no way we would be able to drive 2400 miles in that car. The drive was not smooth, there was no room for our luggage in the trunk which could leave us susceptible to theft, and I honestly don't think that car would've made it up the rocky mountains we had to drive through. I felt like I wasn't taken care of the best way I should've been. I took it back to the agency and the next individual I spoke with called around to different locations to find me a better car and I had to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. This was just a few hours before our long road trip but I didn't care, as long as we got something better. The rep at the CO Springs airport location was awesome and gave me my choice of the exchanged car, which drove so much smoother and didn't feel like it was going to break down when I pressed on the gas. The trip went from almost being a miserable experience to a very good one! I don't know if Enterprise will be my first pick next time though. I feel that we potentially could've been put in a very unsafe situation with the mirage.

It’s difficult to get ahold of an employee at this location. We called to ask a question about our rental, as we possibly needed to add an extra day; however, when the automated system puts you on hold, if the employee doesn’t answer it within a certain amount of time, it sends you to the voicemail- which is not set up- so we couldn’t leave a voicemail either. We called back and an employee briefly answered to ask us to continue to hold. We waited for an extended period of time and the employee never came back to assist us so we hung up. When we tried calling back, it went straight to the non existent voicemail option. After the 5th call, ended up at the call center and finally received the assistance we needed.It shouldn’t be this difficult to reach someone at the location. Or at the very minimum, the voicemail option should be fixed.
