I own a company and have lots of gear to maintain and access frequently. I've been storing with them for about 4 years. Other than the semi-annual rate increases of nearly 30%, it's a great place to store. Their rates are very competitive and they always try to work with us on price when they can.

Used these guys to store equipment and materials for my landscaping company. Started out great with a reasonable price and 6 months in they wanted to raise the fees over 40%. I negotiated with them to get a slightly lower rate and was told they do that annually due to the cost of demand. Another 6-8 months and another rate increase over 30%. Same excuse from them yet the same size unit was still advertised online for the original price. I was so happy when I moved and have a 3 car garage now to store my stuff. Couldn’t wait to cancel my unit with them.
