Great prices on glasses and the eyeglass specialists were very professional, informative, and listened to my needs. They didn't try to upsell products to me they merely explained what they are and do.

I'm really disappointed. I wanted to like this place but I went to pick up my glasses (2 pairs). One of my glasses had some elastic hang out and instead of trying to remove it myself, I asked (forgot her name, has tattoos) to remove it so I don't scratch my lens. She pops out my lenses, chips the paint on my frames proceeds to use the model frames from the display to pop my lenses in them. She broke the frames, I couldn't believe it.Thank goodness I purchased 2. I'm just really upset about my whole experience. I felt like she didn't think it was a big deal, now I have to wait (again) for my glasses.

Fantastic experience! I highly recommend this location. The entire team was amazing to work with. I was not only impressed with how they worked with me, I was very impressed with other interactions that I observed.

Our store always strives for greatness! The last few weeks we have made free pairs for homeless shelters, given free exams, remade glasses as necessary, and helped tons of people see better for a fraction of the price! Love this company!

I don't like leaving bad reviews for businesses. I realize mistakes and problems happen sometimes, but as long as things are handled professionally, I don't sweat it.However this Eyeglass World location was an awful experience. Went there to get eyeglasses for my daughter. The results of the eye exam done there didn't look right, so I did a second exam at another store. Sure enough, the exam done at Eyeglass World was wrong, so I used the other one. Still they got my daughter's eyeglass prescription wrong. I only noticed because I checked the lenses using a free phone app, otherwise she would be wearing the wrong prescription potentially damaging her vision. Needed to go to the store multiple times, and took over 2 weeks to finally get the glasses done. But the worst part was dealing with the front desk person (Mercedes?) through all this. All the time her attitude was completely indifferent, even hostile. Never offered to fix the problem, never admitted any mistakes, never apologized, treated customers with contempt. Just awful customer service.

Daughter lost a contact and the back up glasses were broken. Leave work early to take my legally blind daughter with baby grandson in tow to for a 5pm appointment. Arrive at 5:11, Marrisa the receptionist said we missed the 10 minute grace period and would need to reschedule. All the while the doc is sitting at his desk doing nothing in plain view. ( the doc left at 5:45 btw - walked right by us ) I’m an existing customer and spent a small fortune on my glasses and expect a little better. You lost me as a customer over a few minutes.. Renne however went out of his way to fix her glasses temporarily till her rescheduled appointment…. With the exception of Renne’s ( hope I spelled correctly) excellent service , I would not recommend this location to anyone and I will find another provider elsewhere ..

Britney went above and beyond in helping me resolve my problem with my broken glasses frame this morning so I could see again and get to work! Also prepared for next stage of 2nd pair with progressive lenses. Big thumbs up for 7190!!! 5 Stars!

Lens on my eyeglasses popped out. Called Eyeglass World, hoping they could help me out. Young lady I spoke with was a saint. Came in yesterday after work. I explained what happened with my eyeglasses, waited 20 min., & she had my eyeglasses looking brand new. Thank You!!! I'm really sorry I didn't get her name, but you have great people working there. Thanks again!!!

Excellent and fast customer service. I was in town visiting my sister and can’t believe I forgot my glasses, but had my contacts. I was stressed I’d have to wear my contacts most of the time but luckily I was able to call around and a wonderful associate, Alex was able to help me. I purchased 2 prescription glasses at very low cost and I was able to take home in a few hours!If you’re ever in need of fast, reliable services go to this location and ask for Alex! Highly recommend

Was told on Saturday when I made my appointment that I would “absolutely” be able to receive my glasses same day. I was very clear and asked if an earlier appointment would make a difference and I was told that my appointment time was fine and I would be guaranteed same day glasses. He even said “it won’t take more than 30 minutes for basic plastic lenses.” Now that I’ve completed my exam and paid them they are refusing to honor their word and will not be providing my glasses today. (My glasses are broken and I have to work tomorrow.) The worst part is the lady was incredibly rude to me about it and did not apologize or show any empathy for me being provided “incorrect information.” She said “it takes hours and we close at 3” and she even said “would you like to go somewhere else?” Also, I heard her ask the person who makes the glasses “do you want to do these today or tomorrow?” It would be one thing for someone to give me “incorrect information”, it’s something else entirely for the person helping me in store to be SO incredibly rude about THEIR company’s error. I sincerely hope she wasn’t the manager because my treatment today was appalling. I’d also like to add that when I sat down to purchase the glasses I already knew what I wanted. 2 pairs of basic plastic lenses with one having anti-reflective coating. So I’m getting the feeling that her attitude might have had something to do with me not spending a ton of extra money on upgrades for my glasses.

They advertise same day glasses however that's not the case. I got 4 pair and had to wait over 2 weeks for all of them. The excuse was usually the lense was broken during the cutting process so a new one had to be ordered. I don't recommend them.
