I would of gave them 0 but there wasn’t a option so I do recommend do not going and there was a little boy who was accusing us of stealing a soda just because he grabbed one and turned the corner when he put it back and this was the second time and he was throwing up gang signs at us like he wanted to do something so don’t go.

Was put in a position to put items I needed back on the shelf due to not having enough personal bags to carry my purchases. Disappointed bags are now .10 cents each when I'm already on a budget. Thought this was a discount store I could save money at. Guess I did save money by putting $20 of items back on the shelf. All these store are going to lose money because I'm not buying over priced groceries then paying for bags on top of that. I have one reusable bag and what fits in it will be purchased. Nothing else. From a disappointed customer. I'm just going to order online from now on. And not from Family dollar.

The dirtiest store in Colorado Springs. A lot of open products on the shelf. Mice and bugs. Also very rude employees who appear drunk or on drugs. Place is just nasty.

Well I went there and saw a couple of Bluetooth speakers and I was indecisive about which one I wanted and so I ended up picking them both up with the expectation of if I didn't like one or the other of course I could return them because in the store they hadn't play tested either of them so I couldn't get a solid review from the employee there so having bought both speakers I was then told that if I didn't like either of them I couldn't do anything about it if I had my receipt and the box was unopened I would be able to return the item in store for an exchange only which means if I try the speaker I then am stuck with it regardless so I paid for two speakers that I am now stuck with whether or not I like their performance if they suit my needs or anything else like that it doesn't matter this is by far and away the worst customer service I've ever heard and the most insane return policy ever fathomed what is the actual point of that at all why even have the offer to give me a new speaker if and when I tried and it's broken it's mine it's broken and I own it if and when I try it and I don't like the sound it's mine I open the box I own it if and when anything aside from the speaker being completely and utterly perfect for me I own the speaker end of story point blank. I couldn't have thought it possible to have a worse customer relation than that store thanks for absolutely nothing but taking my money

Store manager supper unprofessional. I don't have a car, I have an electric scooter. She said me and my wife can't bring our scooters and walk them in the store. I expressed how I felt and she banned me. She made up a fake rule and I believe that to be absolutely absurd. I go into dollar tree all the time down the road with my scooter and noone has an issue with it. And they are owned by the same people. Someone needs to put that lady in her place she acts likes she owns the place.

We were just there on 09/17/2022at around 5pm and we get around on scooters and we had brought our scooters in with us previously with no issue but this time even tho the manager had been in the back for most of the time we shopped she felt the need to come out and sit behind the counter as we checked out and tell us we couldn't have our scooters in the store next time my husband asked why and she said it was due to store policy of which no policy was posted on front door or otherwise I feel she was very rude and only said it because she could as a manager my husband got verball upset and she then told him he was ban from the store and even tho I'd been quiet the entire time she said I was also ban from store and she tryed to take photos of both of us talk about a manager on a power trip super unprofessional she would not give her name and she said she was THE store manager.
