“This place is a little bare bones when you walk in but don't let that fool you. It is a place of healing and extraordinary care! Every human I met is kind, attentive, and super helpful. I love Nikki and how she shared her own story with me. Dr. Feucht is a phenomenal physician and I have seen way too many in my weird lifetime. He spent time getting to know me at my first visit and had all the best background to help me with my post-cancer journey. I have medical anxiety and these folks made me feel safe.”

The entire staff at all stages of my care were very caring and supportive. I could not imagine better care. To name a few that I recall Mike, Luara, Shantell and Devrie all nurses made sure I was comfortable and understood the care that I was receiving. They relieved my anxiety with assurance and compassion, also their knowledge.
I especially want to express my gratitude to Devrie. She displayed a high degree of confidence, empathy and compassion for her patient. This was on the fourth floor.”
“Very respectful/helpful providers. They don't treat you like cattle and try to rush your appointment (try to get you in and out as ast as possible). They take their time and explain things to you. They talk to you in laymans talk and don't talk like you know all the medical jargan.”
“We switched to my wife's insurance about a year ago so now have access to One Medical. Had I known how good One Medical is we would have switched insurance sooner. One Medical is almost like your own private doctor's office. After years of UC Health B.S. the doctors at One Medical actually listen to understand what issue you are having. They all care about your health and treatment. It is so easy to make appointments. You don't have to wait days or weeks like UC Health. We cannot believe how easy One Medical is. It really is that good. This is how your local health care should be. I'm 57 and Mark Reeves is the best doctor we have ever had. Wish we had started coming here a lot sooner.”

“I've always thought the front desk ladies were nice, I usually have at least 2 of my kids with me during my appointments and they are always nice and understanding. I also think the doctors are great, I was seriously ill about a year ago, I did some testing and while I was waiting for lab results my symptoms got worse, I called the office in tears and the receptionist assured me she would get my message to my doctor. A few hours later, my doctor called after normal buisness hours so we could try and track down my results together. I felt like she cared about my well-being and made a point to contact the lab to get my results, she got me on the right track to heal that night. I really appreciated that she stayed late to help me.”

“Though it took one hour to see my primary care physician, I’m not complaining. I do understand the workload physicians have in a time of pandemics, flu and cold seasons. However, I have no reason to change doctor or health providing facility, especially after having established a long term trust relationship with Dr. Meyers and his staff, the best in the medical field. “Went here as an out-of-towner, late on a Friday afternoon, expecting to get raked over the coals. The experience surpassed my at-home medical care in every way, 100%. The staff was friendly, considerate, and took the time to address my concerns. Cost was so affordable that it wasn't worth dealing with an insurance claim!”
