Service at the location inside Walmart is absolute garbage. Two people working the counter and all they did was talk to each other until one disappeared to the other room. Apparently their computers weren't working or they couldn't get logged in. I completely understand technical difficulties, but let the customer know there's an issue instead of just chatting with each other

I had a package of graded cards with a value of 1,500 dollars that I paid 700 dollars for, get dropped off at this location. Fedex is notorious for not being careful with packages and somehow managed to damaged 2 of the cards to the point of having to file a claim with the company I paid a lot of money to have these cards graded! And they never even updated the information on where the package was and was sitting at this location for almost 2 days. If I had a choice not to use FedEx, I wouldn’t.

Just spent 30 mins feeding about 200 pages of statements I needed for Court tomorrow to scan and email to me. After a few misfires I successfully loaded 4 different sets of the statements, saved and entered my email address. Got charged for all the scans, drove away and checked my email....I got ONE SET of the files I scanned. I called and the woman was beyond not helpful, couldn't resend the files and then told me I probably entered my email address incorrectly?!? Yeah 3 times I don't know my own email address. Was a total glitch in the crap Fed Ex system. And she wouldn't even issue me a refund either. What a joke. Never go here to get office work done. I will be filing with Corporate as well.

Called four times. First two times they never answered and it disconnected after 5 or so minutes of ringing. Third time they answered, put me on hold and disconnected me after 5 minutes. Fourth time they answer right away and answered my five second question. Poor experience.

They are never open when I come. Sign is always up saying be back o in 10 min but no one ever shows up.

I went to print out my photos today. An employee was very kind and professional!!!!!My photos ware little bit big and I needed to change size. She did awesome job and I could make nice photos. She was very professional and had a good hospitality.I definitely visit this FedEx again!!!!!

Legit asked your delivery driver if he needed a hand... Because he was struggling with the boxes. Tells me "nah he's good" as he slams the packages onto my porch... Both items a computer desk and a computer case both had to be returned. Good job....

The lady that works here is professional and very fast when you have to drop things off. But I didn't really enjoy the new guy they just hired, I've never seen before. Made things a bit uncomfortable when I had to wait for the receipt for the tracking number to be printed off. Maybe he's still new at customer service but it wasn't professional vibe at all

People not helpful at all. On top of it women on counter is arrogant. I wish I could give zero rating to this office.There are plenty of FedEx office around, i would recommend going there.

FedEx is the absolute worst shipper! Avoid them if you can. I'm disabled and rarely leave the house, and yet the driver will often put that I'm not home. Yesterday, I stopped the driver and told him he had a package for me. He responded that he did not and that it just be on another truck. He drove away, and then he updated the system stating that I was not home to receive the package. I paid an exorbitant fee for overnight shipping. Then, I could get no help and my package is not set to be delivered to me and I don't have any idea where it is

This location is constantly closed. They need to update the hours or shut down completely but I’ve tried going there three times over the last month and every time they were closed without their hours reflecting that. And we’re talking mid day, 11am, 4pm, etc. - not off hours.
