This looked like the closest FedEx to me, so I had a laptop delivered to me there to hold for pickup, thinking it would be safer than having FexEx leave it outside my door. The service is only available to hotel guests, they said. They did deliver the package, but the hotel staff try to keep the public out. They don't want the public coming in there to use the FexEx office so keep out unless you're a Broadmoor guest.

This FedEx participates in what’s called price gouging. Prices higher than any other FedEx don’t bother. They charge for drop offs that are already paid for!!!

Zero stars. Sue from the Broadmoor location printed up business cards that looked different and much worse than the design I created. After editing them again to make it more likely they come out correctly, she said they would come out better. They did not. They took 30 minutes to do nothing productive for me. I missed out on an important event, lost business, they offered me nothing for the trouble. They wanted to charge me $60 for 40 poor quality business cards that looked like a child made them. They offered nothing. Not even a few of the business cards that looked good, there were about 2,3 out of 40 that looked good. They clearly don't want my business and I will never go to fed ex again because they did nothing to compensate me for losing a lot of money, time and business. Oh and after I said this is terrible they have a snarky "have a nice day" . If you cannot do the job for the customer or compensate them when you fail, you should not be in business.

I had shipped some exhibitor displays to the location and when I arrived, Brian immediately made what is normally a stressful situation very very easy for me. He had our materials delivered directly to our booth in a different building so all I had to do was show up at our booth and begin setting up the displays. This saved me so much time and headache. I also had some last minute printing needs and, even though he was working by himself, he completed them right on the spot in the most economical way possible for me. He is a tribute to your company and an extremely efficient individual, despite all the customers that were coming in. I am used to having to manage these types of things by myself and I didn't have to this time. Hang on to this employee. It is not easy to find someone like him who has both a fiduciary duty to the company but still manages to exceed the customers expectations in a big way! Thank you, Brian!!

I was looking for some conference rooms at the Broadmoor and Shawn from FedEx walked me to where he thought I needed to be. When we got there is was not there. He made some phone calls and located where I needed to be. He went well above what he needed to do. Great job Shawn! Thank you!

Fedex lost my package despite me designating this location online to have it sent here waiting to pick up. It's been 4 weeks and nobody seems to know where it is. Two stars only because the guy up front was nice and tried to help.

Do not trust Fedex to deliver high price items. Especially new consoles. I haven’t received mine and I’m being thrown through hurdles just to talk to a real person about my package not being delivered.

For 2 years in a row, this Fed Ex location has FAILED to deliver a Valentine's day package to my wife who is an employee at the Broadmoor hotel.This is the second year this location has allowed a package to sit in their facility all day without notifying or attempting to deliver the package to the recipient. Ridiculous...
