When you call FedEx hub it transfers you to a call center rather then hub your trying to reach to check on package pick up. Is automated for the first 10min before an actual human is switched in.

Looking to pick up a package for the family, while the staff was pretty kind and knowledgeable. I was forgotten about for a bit but once i went inside dude vame right out with item on hand.

Megan is a terrible employee and has the worst attitude to customers, and is no help at all when it comes to anything business related! Terrible social skills and representation of fedex!

Worst delivery Experience. The driver was unable to drive. We get deliveries all the time in semis and flatbread trucks yes the driveway is long, but this is the first driver qfrom fedex or otherwise ever that couldn’t drive. We had to send our custom mantle back because they wanted to deliver it in to the street. We may have to send it back to California because it will never be ok having it basically pushed off the truck into the street.

We had a driver that went to incredible ends to deliver our package. His name was Rich and he delivered outside of Cotopaxi. Incredible customer service. Thank you Rich.

We ordered flooring from Costco. They could only deliver Mon-Fri from 1-6. Both my spouse and I are doctors and they were not flexible with scheduling. The phone operator said we could leave the garage code with the driver and he'd drop off our order in the garage. Well, I get a call at work stating our "driveway is too steep" and it is "too unsafe" to drop our pallet off. Photos of my very standard driveway attached. I was also told the driver didn't have the correct equipment to deliver such a heavy pallet--not my fault they were unprepared! The gentleman on the phone said the driver would just leave it in the street since my driveway was such a safety hazard...well we have a fire lane right there in the street--talk about a safety hazard. The pallet weighed 2,000 pounds and I spent all night unloading it because the driver was too lazy and unprepared.Additionally the stair noses arrived damaged and the package completely open and several of our planks were broken. Thankfully we will be dealing with Costco and not FedEx freight to make this right. If you have a choice, do not choose FedEx freight.

Very nice folks. Seemed a bit understaffed, but everyone I spoke to was pleasant, helped me loaf an order on my pickup, forklift operator didn't even bump the truck. Kudos to that.

I've called multiple times to file complaints against their delivery drivers, who absolutely love to claim that they attempted to deliver my packages when I sat outside for hours MULTIPLE TIMES and never once saw Fedex drive by. Furthermore, I put the code to the apartment complex door ON THE FRONT OF THE PACKAGE as well as in the delivery instructions, yet they are still too incompetent to deliver. Nowadays, I call companies before purchasing their products to determine their package carriers, and if they use Fedex, I find my items elsewhere. I have never had any issues with this "company" other than in Colorado Springs.

Very unprofessional just got a call about an interview. I asked what the pay rate for the position would be. And was told we will go over that in the interview. I proceeded to say I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time by setting up an interview. Then be told at the interview the pay rate is well below what I’m looking for. But this unprofessional woman cuts me off after 4 words and proceeded to pretty much be rude and hang up on me. If this is the type of people that fedex hires in the office I hate to see how the management operates and treat their employees. Very very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of Figueroa Inc.

I am in the last 20 minutes of my last shift working as contract security guard for FedEx Frieght . I have never had a client company treat me as poorly as these people do. I have no idea what their service is like but if they treat their customers as poorly as they do their contractors it can't be good. I hope I never see these people again.

Do not use for shipping! I've been fighting with fedex fright over my billing since November 2020. October 2020 I had been quoted a shipping cost of $299.11 for a custom vanity. Agreed to the $299.11 price and shipped. Well when our bill came it was for $1,589.61! That's more than 5 times my agreed upon quote. The dispute department was only willing to drop the price to $982.52 and completely stopped all communications with me when they found out my calls are recorded for my protection. As of February 12, 2021 fedex thought they would do me a favor and give me a 60% discount bringing my bill to $393.01, which feels like they are spitting in my face since it was supposed to be $299.11. Seeing as it's been months of getting nowhere I'll be reporting to BBB as well.
