I can't say enough bad things about this place. FedEx in general. Been waiting 2 days for a package I have to sign for. It was out for delivery twice and somehow never made it to my house. Almost had to wait a third day for delivery, but I told them I would pick it up.

Real rating is negative 100000 stars.If you want your package AT ALL do NOT use fed ex!!!! I ordered a SPOOL OF THREAD online and for 2 days in a row the driver has refused to deliver it! Here’s the thing though, I don’t blame the driver, I blame management for their asinine quotas for their drivers as THAT is what causes the drivers to pull these stunts. It’s a wide spread issue that I hear from every single person who has used fedex or awaited a package from fedex delivery. A spool of thread has gone back and forth from the original ware house all the way to my area and back to a different city in my state come back to my area and gone back to the other city again flagging every single delay or lying and saying they can’t follow step by step directions to my door. I have tried to reach out and no one will answer the phone. I already know IF some one replies to this it’ll be “oh no we didn’t want that experience for you” canned corporate hooey. You know it, I know it, he’ll even FedEx knows it. They ain’t gonna fix jack as long as they are making money.

I've used FedEx for years not the best delivery service but acceptable until this last year. The driver on my route is allowed to not deliver pkgs saying customer was not available and is not held accountable. Drivers get paid whether they deliver or not...I've actually seen him drive by and not even stop. I have contacted customer service and was given their training speech. I've received a phone call from a nice lady here locally but fear she has limited authority. After reading reviews I've realized this is not an isolated issue but a company one. So my advice to anyone wanting to receive or send a pkg try someone else. Its been a week and I'm still waiting for my pkgs I even asked if they could be be rerouted to a nearby Walgreens I'm still waiting for that to happen. I've now received a text they will be delivered Sunday I know that won't happen but if they do try their message that customer was unavailable will at least be true because I won't be home!!! A pkg I ordered this last Tuesday from Florida and asked to be delivered by USPS and was told it could be about 2 weeks by choosing this service I just received a text it's due for delivery on Monday. My advice Listen to FedEx customers reviews they are not lying.

Sunday, January 7, I had a $500 foam mattress delivered by FedEx and rather than taking it 10 steps upstairs to put it in front of my front door, the driver left it conveniently downstairs. Picture.This mattress weighs well over 100 pounds I’m a single woman and I cannot move it. So right now it’s approximately 6 PM on Sunday after filing a complaint with the 800 number customer service, I have my $500 mattress sitting downstairs in a public hallway.Also, when I did call the 800 number the agent took the complaint and then assured me that another driver would be rerouted to do the job and complete it. That didn’t happen.I have since talked to two other agents and one told me, there’s nothing we can do once it’s been delivered, the other one told me she would update the complaint but it wouldn’t amount to anything other than a complaint.I also have nothing but the sofa to sleep on yet again tonight.If your drivers aren’t willing to do the job that they were interviewed, trained, and tasked for, or given the equipment to deliver heavy packages to the front door of the customer, there’s absolutely no reason to be in the delivery business.

They're delivery, people lie to you and say that your package was undeliverable. Because no one was home but there was no signature needed and everybody was home and then they lied and said it was delayed because of weather. There was no weather between here and the distribution center in colorado springs

The one star is for the second employee I worked with from FedEx Ship Center. I am thoroughly disappointed in FedEx service as they had no handle on a personal deliver for almost a week. I missed a home delivery that was actually scheduled to arrive the day BEFORE but who knows what happened there. The chaos and utter frustration that ensued from missing a home delivery was unacceptable. I was sent a wild goose chase around the city to try and find my package. No one at FedEx could give a definite answer of the location of my item. How can that be? Isn’t this what they do? My only positive experience in this weeklong nightmare was a FedEx employee that went above and beyond in her capacity to assist me in locating my lost package. She deserves five stars. FedEx only gets one star from me because of her.

FedEx left over $900 worth of products at my apartment mailbox and of course a box was stolen. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. I’ve been here for years and they always send the products back to FedEx (without calling or emailing me of course) or they put the boxes in the Amazon Cubby that is right next to the mailboxes, which notifies me. There were also 3 other packages for 3 different apartments. What happens to those who work nights? Yup, all their packages would be stolen. I am beyond peeved and not just for my packages, but all those packages left out there that will most likely be taken. I don’t live in the best apartment area and for FedEx to drop off these packages half a block from my apartment and barely notify me is very upsetting.
