The on duty manager was obviously backdooring at least 10+ pairs of the Chicago lost & found Jordan 1s. He lied to me when I asked if they had any leftover pairs that hadn't been picked up yet he said they had all been picked up as one of the other employees walks out from the back with multiple pairs and proceeded to purchase them for himself. After that he said that everyone has until the end of the day to pick up their pairs and the leftover would be FCFS the next morning. The Finish Line app clearly stated that reservations are only valid until 5pm. The manager needs to be fired as he took over $5,000 of shoes intended for the general public for himself to make a quick buck. Please get better management here...

I waited 25 minutes to be able to pay, because your employee was talking to her relative who paid before me. I am a frequent customer and this has never happened to me she is new they should be kind

This is probably the worst customer service a place can have. Simple questions seem to irritate the employees. And if you’re into collect nice sneakers such as Jordan’s, don’t rely on this location because they give false information to insure they can back door the shoes. Sad really.

Looks like you guys need some new employees we asked 3 different people (all black ppl) and they said that's the only size we have on the shelf's other looked at her phone and said every size besides the size we were looking for asked another got ignored. Asked a young white kid and he looked in the back and came back with the size my buddy was looking for. So it's 2 things either they don't wanna work or they only like selling to other black folks. Why not sell to everybody so you guys make more... I'm so pressed I'll never buy shoes there unless I see some new employees and it's 3 of us that come to the citadel every time.

I bought a pair of shoes online because this location didn’t have my size. When my shoes arrived, I had two right shoes instead of a left and right. I called the store in Denver that the shoes shipped from, and recurved no help from them. I was told it would be easier to take the shoes to the citadel location. (Easier for them, so they didn’t have to help me). I spoke with Devin today, very friendly, and customer service oriented. Devin was able to exchange my shoes and have the new pair shipped to me, without issue. Because of this young man, I will definitely be returning for future purchases. I even bought my daughter a pair of Jordans while we waited. Thank you again for your outstanding service today Devin!!
