DONT WAIST YOUR TIME, THEY SO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU AND WILL NOT STAY 2 MINUTES AFTER THEY CLOSE!!! I took my car in for an oil change through Hertz car rental and I had a valid ticket and I called to make an appointment and they never took my name. Once I got there they did not want to help me. He said he can't overload his one lube technician because they can't stay late, he refused to give me the bosses name and it was very poor customer service. I would not recommend going to fire stone on North Cascade. They do not want to help you so I wasted gas money and time to go there to get it oil change when he first he didn't want to help me second lied about my ticket not being valid and you would think that they're going to get paid so therefore you do they want to help but they don't .

Having a business account has become cumbersome and time consuming to take vehicles in for service. Services are way over priced. Processes needs to be streamlined and all trained appropriately in both front and back, if techs are going to also run the front office procedures.

This shop is either completely dishonest or totally incompetent. Either way, I am not coming back.My wife took her car in for and oil change on Dec 5, 2023. During the service, a technician told her that her air filters needed to be replaced.That was odd. I changed both air filters less than a week prior to this service. There's no possible scenario in which both air filters exhausted their safe functionality within a week of short daily commutes.I am not a Grinch who seeks to ruin other's reputation or contribute to that. HOWEVER... if you try to take advantage of my wife because she's a woman in an auto service shop, or if you can't tell when an air filter is new, then people who are giving you money for auto services deserve to know that.

1998 Honda civic 251K , I have always been able to fix problems myself until 5 months ago. It was an idle/air problem so bad it was almost underivable for that time. But I took it to their shop and they spent several hours to get it working as good as ever. Great job Zach.

Great experience. When I misunderstood my Tpms I was very patiently corrected and the system was explained to me. All 4 new tires and new brakes pads and rotors were reasonably priced and the work completed promptly. One of my best Firestone’s experiences.

Amazing experience. From phone calls to in-person communications, everyone was very respectful, helpful, and professional. Jesus and David at the front desk and technician Donnie were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Service was above and beyond!

While we've been happy with this location in the past, it's gone downhill recently. Multiple times we've talked to an associate who scheduled an appointment for an oil change, only for us to show up at the store at our scheduled time and have them tell us there's no appointment and there's numerous people in front of us so it'll be at least 4 hours. They didn't even offer to schedule another appointment time later and certainly didn't offer anything to make up for it. They also have associates working the front/ phones who know little to nothing about cars and have to run back and forth to go get answers from someone else while I wait on hold. We had plans to go out of town which is why we scheduled an early morning appointment and now we have to scramble to find something else.

Dropped off my work van friday afternoon for service and a tire flat repair, was told i could pick it up saturday. Saturday at 130 pm i called to check on status,was put on hold for 4- 5 minutes before i hung up. Went down to pick it up at 330 and they couldnt immediately locate my folder and keys because no work had been done. They appollogized and told me they would make it top priority when i came back. I went in today and explained the situation to the same manager that helped check me in friday. He is now concerned that my utility van that they serviced before, was gonna be to heavy and i have to clean all my tools out! This is a company policy i was never told before, not even 3 days ago when i thought a simple oil change was a simple oil change. Go somewhere else

I took my truck in for a coolant leak. They said they would be able to get it done that day. I called them around 4pm to check on the progress and was told they got backed up and it would be ready the next day. The next morning I got a phone call informing me my truck had been broken into and they asked if I had anything in the front seat. I told them no but I had a back pack behind the seat. They looked and it was gone. I also had a storage box in the bed and they said was still there. That said they had to order a new passenger window and they would get right on it. The window didn't come in until the next morning. When they called and said it was done they informedr it would be another $90 I said no. I asked why it had not been taken inside and was told they didn't have room. They do not have security cameras. This is a very high crime rate area with tons of homeless folks. They told me to contact my insurance company. Appears they don't have insurance for cars that are broken into. Be very careful of taking your vehicle there. If you do have to take your vehicle there be sure to remove anything of value.

Not sure why appointments are even a thing when it takes 30+ minutes just to get my car into the building. On top of it, went to get my husbands truck aligned (he purchased the lifetime alignment a while back) and they said it would be covered still. Well an hour+ later they come to tell me he doesn't need an alignment which is complete BS because it's been well over a year of travel, off roading and towing. So at this point I know they just don't feel like doing it. I decided to go to a different location where they were much friendlier and gladly did my alignment in less time than this place took to tell me I didn't need an alignment AND without an appointment. Consider the extra drive time to go to the Woodmen location.
