Had my daughter’s Mercedes repaired here a few years back after a bad accident. Recently a small section of clear coat came off. She went to see them for warranty work and without any issues or push back they repaired the car and gave her a loaner. I think they are under new management and it shows. Picked up the car today and it’s looks great. The guy we worked with was John, I think. Well done, Gerber.

How many technicians does it take to screw in a light bulb? Trick question because these guys literally don’t know how. Dealing with Rory was the worst experience I’ve had with anyone in the service industry in my whole life. Genuinely the most disappointing experience.
Don’t bring your jeep here. Rory says “Jeeps just don’t fit together” and you’ll leave with a crooked hood.

My case seemed to be complicated with the insurance and I needed the shop to help me fight for the obvious damages beyond what the insurance was offering, I ended up finding a different shop That took the time to help and it all worked out after 6 months of dealing with Herbert and the insurance, the new shop dealt with the insurance perfectly and it took just weeks to resolve.

I had my car repaired here last June. My car was completed in the time that they said it would be and everyone I came in contact with was very professional and courteous. We've had a couple of warranty items since then and they were handled quickly. I worked with Jon and Mardell on this last issue and definitely want them and the whole team to know that I appreciate their kindness and making this an easy process for me. They were very busy but didn't make me feel rushed or that I was a bother. Great customer service! The extra little TLC they gave my car was a great touch! Good job!
