If I could give negative stars I would - we've been clients for going on 5 years. I called today; my dog has a red, swollen, inflamed paw; the earliest we can be seen for antibiotics is 18 days. I asked if they partnered or worked with other clinics since we are patients of theirs and while this is not emergent it's elevated above a routine visit. The receptionist said no and hung up on me. Not the same caring clinic from when we started using them. Prices are now ridiculous - we're currently looking to take our business elsewhere.

My family has taken our dogs to Yorkshire for years. They were always fantastic and we loved Dr Carrina Hamann. It seems there might be new owners or something big changed. Since then, you are treated more like a dollar sign than a patient. It's very noticeable and sad. Our dogs loved our vet and we recommended lot of friends to them. Not anymore. I sure wish Dr Carrina was still practicing (I've google and googled looking for her). We will be changing vets for our dogs as a result of their new ways of doing business.

This organization lacks accountability and common sense business practices. The staff made a mistake and the end result is wasting my time and money because while they admitted fault, they did nothing to rectify the situation. It is evident by their policies and actions that they care far more about financial gain than the welfare of animals and the clients they allegedly serve.

This is the most expensive vet you can find anywhere. They charge more than some vets in Denver. Even some the basic medication is marked up more than 50%. Such a rip off.

Yorkshire was our vet for nearly two years without major problems but recently they have changed drastically. They no longer make an attempt to get you in upon a cancellation but they now only offer you to "board" your animal for hours that day so that a vet can see the animal when they're available at an "urgent care rate". The kicker is the ER-type up charge that goes along with it. I can't bring my pet in and wait in the waiting room until an opening, I have to pay an arm and a leg for "boarding". It is basically an ER now. No actual openings for weeks to months out. It appears that they have been under new ownership and only have 5 vets on staff. They also failed to diagnose our cat with an allergy which we asked about and had to figure out on our own. We get notices telling us that we need to come in for fecal updates of our pets who haven't had these issues for over a year. At the end of the day, they are now all about the dollar and don't seem to actually care about taking care of your pet. Look somewhere else!!!

Not the same since Drs Scott & Corinna left. They personally cared about and knew my dogs. Now it's just a business with exorbitant prices. Looking for a new vet after 15 years.

NOT THE SAME ANYMORE. Sorry to say, everything has changed at Yorkshire veterinary Hospital. Since the previous owners Scott and Corine have left, unexpectedly and with no reason stated, but implied that they were unhappy with decisions of other vets, I can't get my dog in for a month. I explained that my dog had a semi emergency, not just routine stuff and that I had taken all of my dogs there for 24 years, the answer was the same. She said they are down two vets. Take it or leave it. I could call back each day and see if there is a cancellation. Why not keep a list of us that desperately need to get in and call US (called customer service)NONOT if there is a cancellation!! Looking for a new vet.

After being a patron for 3 years, when I called for an emergency appointment due to my dog's significant sudden onset change in status, I was told the clinic \

We have been bringing our dogs here for over 15 years. Within the past year new management has come in and skyrocketed the prices with no notification. When questioned we were told it is the new "Business Model" Had a routine checkup for our 11 year old lab today with typical blood work and ear cleaning that came to over $700.00. When questioning the charges come to find out all shots have doubled if not tripled in price since this time last year. We were offered an ear cleaning that ended up being over $200 without any warning of price. Use to be any of the doctors would be very sensitive to let us know ahead of time about any fees. Sad to say but we will not return.

We moved here a year and a half ago and we absolutely love this place. Our German shepherd has so much anxiety and he can whine pretty loudly. None of the staff ever complains. Instead they're very patient and sweet with him. We never feel rushed through our appointments which is a huge plus for us. If we leave a message for the doctor, they're very quick to return our call and answer our questions. Overall we definitely recommend these guys for your kiddos!

We just moved into the area and finding a new vet was super tough. We're so glad to have found Yorkshire Veterinary ! Dr. Jamie was super sweet to our senior Kitty. They were quick and efficient and the front desk was super helpful as well. Highly recommend!

We were very lucky to have the best vet ever! Dr Cromer, but when we moved we found this place and they are all such awesome people! Super friendly, so much patience for my dramatic pup and just very welcoming overall!

Our own vet want almost 3x more for our little girl. The staff were amazing, very passionate and professional. I wished all veterinarians had such a quiet room for you and your baby, instead of using a cold table. Dr. Jones explained exactly what she would be doing and what to expect. They were very compassionate during our emotional time and loss. Thank you for giving us the time needed before and after.

We will be out of state for an extended period of time. We have a dog sitter taking care of our dogs during our time away. One of our animals has a prescription diet, we purchased it through a subscription service, new bag arrives every few months. We were notified by chewy.com the day of our departure that they would not be able to ship our order this month because Yorkshire veterinarian clinic refused to verify the prescription. We called Yorkshire Veterinarian hospital and explained our situation. They refused to accommodate our situation saying they needed to see our dog before they would allow her to continue on her prescription diet. They said they haven't seen our dog in a while for a health checkup. I explained the reason for that is because she's on this diet and it is working. Any other diet rapidly leads to bladder stones. We explained that we will be out of state for an extended period of time and the dog has no food. They refuse to budge. So right now we are going to be out of state and our dog has nothing to eat. How completely unprofessional. This is a dog that has had multiple surgeries to remove bladder stones. They have all her records and should know that by not allowing her to have this diet it will cause significant consequences. Not sure what our dog is supposed to eat while we are away? What a terrible shame I have been with this veterinarian clinic for 15 years. I will never spend another cent with these people. What is even more shameful with regards to this situation is that we actually had an appointment with them on our return to bring our dogs in......so although they have not seen her in awhile we actually had an appointment with them on the books...What an absolute disgrace. This is not the first unprofessional encountered with this veterinarian clinic either. The only reason we stayed with them is they have all of our dogs records... The reality of the matter is they want to charge me for a another visit before they will prescribe her a diet that they already know is successful and working. Do not walk away from this clinic absolutely run. Horrible service.

I really appreciate that Dr. Scott did such a good job on my little dog's dental issues. No complaints at ALL there. However, after a year as a client (we've only been in this area a year), I was told today that I cannot get Frankie vaccinated for leptospirosis unless I come in for a wellness exam first. That seems like overreach to me. My dog was examined in August and was fine. He has had several lepto shots in his life so not allergic.
