On October 2nd we used helping hands to move my mother in law from one building to another at a local old folks facility. The man on the phone told us they would be there at 0830 and they didn’t show up till 0930 a hour late. What would have taken your average 2 man moving crew 4 maybe 5 hours to complete took them 9HOURS the moving crew is paid by the hour so milking it is an understatement. They milked the entire herd of cattle. On top of moving at a snail’s pace both of the employees were stoned and reeked of marijuana. (I understand marijuana is legal but it should not be tolerated while on the clock.) I asked the movers face to face if they were stoned and one admitted that he was. I would never Recommend this company to anyone. You would be better off moving yourself or hiring some random dude off the street.

Philip and Mark were absolutely awesome! They had my brother and I moved from our old house to our new one in about six hours. Nothing broken, no hiccups. Very courteous, nothing but professional. Couldn't ask for more!

All three amazing movers made such quick and miraculously fun work of moving all our furniture! I am so thankful to each of them! They were all so polite and kind and even offered to set up furniture and place it in any room we wanted. And it was so much more affordable than trying to do it myself. Thank you so much, Helping Hands! I will absolutely recommend you to everyone!

My partner and I have used Helping Hands twice. They have been excellent each time! The movers were friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our needs. They answered all of the questions I had and worked very efficiently! I would recommend them to anyone looking to move in the Springs area.

We had to call Helping Hands in very short notice. Since the other company we had booked. Backed out last minute. Steve was able to fit us in. The price quoted was very reasonable for two crew and a truck. All of our furniture was moved, loaded, and set up with minamal issue. One of the last pieces to come off the truck did get dinged due to a large gust of wind hitting. Just as it was coming off the truck nearly knocking the one mover off the truck. Weather in Colorado is hit or miss when moving. So did were not holding any ill feelings. I did forget to get a copy of the receipt or contract.

We had to move my aging mom into assited living. She was very reluctant. Ronnie and Zach treated her with great kindness and respect. They were awesome in every way - prompt, efficient, careful, friendly and professional. And the price was very reasonable. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Cannot recommend Helping Hands enough. Ronnie was amazing, as were Mark and Zach. They packed our house up quickly and carefully, then moved everything the next day to our new house. They were all so kind and patient. I truly enjoyed interacting with each of them. We had too much stuff for just the one truck, and Ronnie immediately remedied the situation; another mover and truck came quickly. They worked LONG hours and had good spirits throughout. It was honestly so affordable and I will never go back to packing and moving myself. I highly recommend Helping Hands to anyone looking for a stress-free move. And don’t forget to tip these extremely hard workers! They deserve it!

I'm only giving one star to these movers because I am missing items such as a portable barbecue charcoal grill that I had for over 30 years that I moved through two states and still had until this final move here in Colorado Springs where I am also missing a wooden white shelf with the brackets that I put on it, a pair of black and white shower curtains that were only used once they are missing. The guys that moved me were very courteous did not break anything, I was also given an extra worker for free but it has nothing to do with the missing items that I can't find and I have turned my apartment upside down from the storage unit to inside the apartment and these three items are missing. I moved on June 30th 2024 and I am still trying to decorate my new apartment but these are the items that are coming up missing that I've been looking for. When I reached out to the owner Steve I was told that they did not see the portable charcoal grill that I had for over 30 years. I am just now finding out that I don't have the shelf that I put together with the brackets myself and also the shower curtains that I was going to put in my bathroom, that's missing the owner said that he did not or neither did his workers see the portable charcoal grill that I had over 30 years. I'm just now finding out that I don't have the shelf and the shower curtains because I'm still now trying to decorate, this is horrid that the owner did not offer any resources or any help on trying to replace basically my charcoal grill the portable one it was sentimental to me, my fiance gave that Grill to me and after having it all these years it gone. I would recommend this company but I also recommend keeping up with your belongings. So you won't have sentimental items and new items disappear. Sorry about this review, but I'm still hurt about my grill and I have to purchase new shower curtains and another shelf so I can continue to decorate.

Mike and Mark helped my wife and I move some extremely heavy antique furniture, bronze sculptures and leather sofa's from our home in SW Colorado Springs to a lodge in Divide. They were prompt, professional and worked hard with a cheerful outlook even while unloading at 9000'. Would highly recommend Helping Hands for any moving needs.

Mike and Mark were my movers, and they were amazing! They took the time to be very careful with all of my furniture. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. And they were conscious of working at a steady pace! I would definitely recommend this company and this particular crew if you're looking for a solid company to take care of your household goods!

These people took seven hours to move a couch, entertainment center, two kids rooms, a few boxes, and a master bedroom. Nothing else, from one side of town to the other. About 20 miles. The total charge was $1000 after “discounts”. I don’t understand why it took this long, and definitely not worth the money…. Save yourself the money, and hire another company.
