“I have had a lot of great experiences. So, I don't want to be that guy and give them a 1 star because of one bad experience. There are lots of helpful people there and they honor Veterans. Today though, I was a little disappointed. My daughter used my truck to pick up a piece of plywood. She is a Senior in High-school. They were nice enough to put the wood in the back but when asked if it would be fine just propped up against the side of the bed without any straps etc. they said yes. Going down the street at 20 miles per hour is flew out. I should have gone with her in the first place. But I went back with her to get it off the street. At this point, maybe 15 minutes later it was gone. I told her to go back with her receipt and explain what had happened and they told her it was her fault. Maybe not so much a reflection on this store but on the world we live in. I was taught to treat women with respect and be courteous. O well, I guess to some people this is progress. For now on I will make sure I am with her and not depend on the kindness of strangers.”
“My favorite hardware+ store. Good staff and good selections. They recently, finally, adopted tap to pay AND military discounts are now on the phone.
The WiFi takes a long time to connect which hinders a speedy checkout.”
