My experience with HOMEfix has been excellent! I just bought a new house and have had Nick and Justin out for some plumbing and electrical work. They were both incredible, so easy to work with, and did great work. Looking forward to having them both back out when I redo my kitchen!

Summary:
TLDR: After working with HomeFix on multiple projects that branched off from an initial roof leak, my recommendation is to just call HomeFix. If you want a company that has people who work together across multiple trades who are courteous, take pride in their work, and will strive to make it right for their customers, that is HomeFix. Terry has been great to work with...professional, courteous, on-time, and an overall good guy. There is clearly a culture of good people truly wanting to provide quality services under the HomeFix umbrella. Backstory:
What appeared to be a soffit leak at my mom's house initially led us to a gutter company (Leaf Filter...terrible, terrible company!!) that sold and promised my mom a solution which was obvious day 1 of the installation that it did not and would not address the leak. Leaf Filter's Denver office's response after multiple months of back-n-forth: "HA! Too bad, doesn't matter what our sales guy supposedly claimed, said, or promised. We got your money, sue us if you want, but you will just be wasting your time... [while still trying to explain our outstanding issues to him] NO, YOU'RE WRONG!" -CLICK!
During this time, we had reached out to a roofing contractor trying to get some guidance and advice on this issue who then later identified we had hail damage, and the soffit leak could be resolved under an insurance claim for the roof. We decided to get multiple opinions/bids from local roofing contractors. One was too busy to return our calls or schedule an estimate, another came out but didn't seem interested if they got the job or not. Petrali Roofing(Josh) came out and took the time to examine the roof and listened to some of the unique issues we had. Afterwards, Josh suggested and referred us (Thank you) to HomeFix as the house had some unique issues that needed to be addressed beyond the standard re-roofing.
So, I called HomeFix where Devon answered promptly and was very sympathetic to the situation we were facing at my mom's house and said she would have someone come out that afternoon. Terry arrived promptly to take a look at the roof and was quick to get on the same page about the unique issues we had with this house and how we might address them. He had a great attitude and was very courteous and kind to me and my mom, even to the point of offering that he lived nearby and if mom ever needed anything around the house to just give him a call...even if we didn't go with them for the roof. Like wow,..what an example of kind neighborly gesture.
Mom had "a good feeling" after that first meeting with Terry and wanted to go with HomeFix. However, the first roofing company had been helpful and professional with us and was making it clear that he had already invested many unpaid hours prior in regard to offering the initial guidance and had found the hail damage which offered us a way to resolve the soffit leak issue under insurance. Therefore, we proceeded to move forward getting the re-roof completed under insurance with the first roofing company. Over the next week, while making sure we were on the same page about the unique issues of this house that we would need addressed during the re-roof, his tone was changing. I think he was hoping to be in and out in one day and on to his next hail claim. A couple days later he called and advised that he did not think he was the right contractor for us and would be backing out of the contract. While this was a huge setback, I did appreciate that he took it upon himself to bow-out beforehand.
In almost a sense of relief, I called Terry up at HomeFix and explained the situation. He had no problem picking up where we left off and recognized what needed to be done to accomplish our goals. And so, our experience began with

We’ve used HomeFix for several major home remodel projects. Each project has been completed on time and within budget. Most importantly, the entire staff has been fantastic to work with - consistently pleasant, courteous and respectful of our home. And unlike many other contractors I’ve dealt with, they are meticulous in cleaning up after each work day. I highly recommend them!

Homefix was awesome. We had our gas line pulled and water softener/filter installed. Nick was amazing, took the time to explain what he was doing, showed me post care steps and did a great job with everything. Super happy with their services, we'll be using them again.

Once again, the staff at HomeFix did a great job in completing some tasks in our home. Griff was punctual, professional and did a great job on the repairs. This is the second time we have used HomeFix, the first time was a major redo of our master

We purchased a new Gas range from Home Depot and paid for them to install it. The people they sent claimed that the fitting was "too tight" and they couldn't hook it up. I called Nick at Homefix, he came right out, installed the propane kit, hooked it up, and tested it out. He did a great job and left us with a very reasonable bill. I Highly Recommend this company.

Roof Replacement!
I used a company called HomeFix that has a roof division within their services. The manager of that division, Malachi Abeloe, was by far the best experience I have had in regards to working with a contractor. My roof (class 4 replacement), gutters and a 12 screens were all part of my insurance claim and Malachi did an awesome job from start to finish. He worked with my insurance company and scheduled each contractor. He was on time and respectful.
If you have any doubt that there may be hail damage to your roof, I suggest giving him a call and having him out to take a look before you file a claim. That was the approach I took and I am glad I did. He took pictures and I was able to see the damage.
Also, a shout out to Justin and his crew (also with HomeFix) who replaced my gutter work. I had two additional gutters installed and one rerouted due to icing on the north end of the house. Justin listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to eliminate problem areas of my gutter system.

I had a great experience with HOMEfix. They installed LVP, carpeting, door trim and baseboards. I could not be more pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship. Everyone assigned to my project, Benjamin, Sabrina, Sexton, Ben, Juan were very helpful and made the job go smoothly. I would especially like to thank Ian and Greg for their professionalism and skilled workmanship. Everything from communication to installation was far better than I expected. I highly recommend HOMEfix and I plan to use their services again.
