Absolutely impressed with Josh from Home Run Electronics! His expertise and professionalism was amongst the best as he replaced my left front home theater speaker. After he replaced the speaker, he ran a complete audio test to make the space and location of my home theater system. The sound quality is now pristine, thanks to his outstanding service. Highly recommended!

We used Home Run Electronics at the suggestion of our home builder for a Control4 system. The work they did was fine, most of our stuff works, however unless you want to go in after them and spend half a day removing all the boxes and trash they'll leave in your house, I suggest using a different company. They left an 84" tv box in the middle of our living room floor, a 5' tall box that held a control tower FULL of trash in the basement, along with literally every other box for every piece of equipment in a heaping pile in our basement. I've never used a company that doesn't remove the boxes or trash from Instal. They messed up our kitchen dimmers, but did come back to fix them in a timely manner. But One of our C4 iPads still does not work and we have called them about our motorized blinds as well... crickets. We'll be looking to a different company for the future.

This is the second time I have used HomeRun. Once in my home and once at my place if business. The guys were very professional, efficient with their time and very friendly. Marquise listened to our needs, helped to make it easy to understand and really delivered. I have worked with guys that say they will be there within a window of time before and show up late. Not these guys! They were here right when they were scheduled, even showed up early actually. The 3 guys completed the project, cleaned everything up and were out the door before our customers started showing up. I couldn't have asked form anything better. I will continue to work with HomeRun for all of my low voltage needs in the future because of the experience they deliver.

We had Homerun Electronics come out in early February 2023 and install the "smart home" features we purchased with our new build home. Right away the Google Doorbell (wired, 2nd generation) didn't work with the Google Nest Hub Max, probably because it was installed last after they figured out how to change the voltage from 9 to 16. In less than a month since installation, more and more of this so-called "smart home" system began to fail. Now neither of the two cameras (doorbell and Nest Hub Max) work. Homerun Electronics offered to come out at a cost of $150/hour to "try" (no guarantee they will be successful) to fix the issues. At this point, I'm not sure I want to pour good money after bad and will just live with the fact that I have a bunch of fancy electronics with no ability to view or converse with who is at the front door when it rings.

Bottom line: They're not good at what they do and they're not professional or friendly. The salesperson Mike, I don't know the right word to describe the guy. HRE was forced on us by our builder. The only thing I can think of is somebody at the builder knows the owner or something because I've never seen such a nasty salesperson before. Perhaps if you buy their total alarm system then they're better? But the builder used them for the total solution (wiring + hardware + monitoring), and because we didn't buy the hardware and monitoring, they didn't want to even talk to us. Showed up late or not at all. At our first walk through the builder rep asked about low voltage wiring and I told him that I didn't know because I never heard back from the guy. It took them several weeks just to meet with us because he wasn't interested in where we wanted outlets and wasn't interested in describing what would go where. As far as I can tell he just wanted to let the installers put stuff wherever they wanted or not at all. Unfortunately, when the builder forces a company on you you have to go with them because they're the only ones allowed to do the wiring. If I had a choice I would have told these jokers to gtfo.Edit: I just looked on their website and they do TV installs and motorized shades. I need 5 TV's done and motorized shades. Guess who I'm not using! :-)
