This Hyatt is located in downtown Colorado Springs. The inside is beautiful. The front desk staff are helpful, friendly and informative. The rooms are very nice and super clean. They offer a free tasty breakfast, a bar, Starbucks coffee, a fireplace to by and relax, and indoor pool and hot tub. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel could be really great. It feels new, great central location and big rooms. But unfortunately they don’t keep this hotel clean. On arrival our room was dirty and clearly not cleaned well. The pool area was dirty as well and the hot top was not really hot. Be aware: there was super slick ice around the building and the hotel didn’t take care of it. It could be easily a 5-star experience if they changed a few things!

The young man that works nights was super helpful and kind. The rooms are nice and clean and this location is close to a lot of restaurants and outings that you can walk to. I was on the 7th floor and the view was pretty decent too. Nice spot and nice folks. The continental breakfast was more than that, it was full omelets, French toast, biscuits and gravy, sausages, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, cereals, fruits, 4-5 drink selections and more. It was a great start for a day of goofing off in town.

We stayed at the hotel for New Year's Eve for our wedding anniversary. We were unsure where to check in as the front desk doesn't look like a front desk (no signage, etc). The employee was very nice and helpful assigning us a room. However, when we arrived in the room, the bed looked like the sheets were reused as there was hair on the bed sheets/pillows. The lady who checked us in was very understanding, assigned us another room and thanked us for our understanding as other customers have not been as nice when "things like this happen."With expectations high and looking forward to a wonderful anniversary, we go into the next room and there is a dirty hair-covered sock on the bathroom floor, handprints on the mirror, and dirty bath towels in the closet. The bedding didn't look clean either. Rather than change rooms again, we showed the lady pictures of the room condition and just asked for clean bedding, made up the bed ourselves, and bought cleaning supplies for the room. There were no cleaning services on New Year's day and we checked out on 2 January.I must say the staff was very nice during our stay, from valet parking, breakfast staff, etc., until we got to check out. We told the new lady at the desk, who appeared to be the manager training another guy, about our experience. She was dismissive and unconcerned, and didn't offer any compensation/discount, which you would expect, considering the time and money we spent during our anniversary to make the room comfortable. While the location is nice and most of the staff is too, we will likely spend our money elsewhere next time. The hotel just doesn't seem to be worth it.Rooms: Dirty!! Need better cleaning service.Safety: Must use room key in elevator to go to rooms above the lobby floor.

Pretty nice place to stay. Hot tub and pool seemed a bit murky. Really nice staff.

My daughter and I stayed here on Christmas Eve and Christmas day 2023. Great location, right down the street from my sister and ice skating. Some of the people working here though...wow..rude. I did have a pleasant conversation with the woman who was in charge of the breakfast. Very much a sweetheart and I wish I would've caught her name! Overall, it was a good experience.

We stayed 4 nights. The location was great and the rooms were nice clean, although the handicap accessible shower seemed to spray water everywhere. If we needed something we had to get it ourselves because it was Thanksgiving and there was only one person at the desk. Be prepared to pay for parking. The breakfasts were really great and offered hot food except for on Thanksgiving.

Fantastic hotel. Hyatt Places are usually nice places to stay, but this one is extra nice. The staff was very friendly, as were the valets. The parking is pretty expensive, but it’s also really convenient. Other hotels in downtown use off-site garages, but this Hyatt has its own garage which means you never have to wait long to get your car. The rooms are nice and have cool views. Great location too. It’s an easy walk to a ton of restaurants.

The hotel is good for its price but of course that comes with not the greatest room service. My family and I arrived to the hotel at 2 AM and they still let us check in which was nice- however, entering our hotel room, some of the bed sheets were stained. Thinking they come every day to change and fix everything, when we came back to the room, the beds looked like they were made by a little kid and the stained sheets were still there. Had to go out of my way to go downstairs to the lobby, get new sheets and change everything myself. At one point as well they changed out all the towels but never gave us any so again I had to go back downstairs and get towels. I was informed by the front desk they only come clean the rooms ever 2 and 2 days. Valet was also pretty expensive- 29 a night but at least they are very helpful and respectful. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and you should consider other options.

Stayed here for the labor day weekend. Rooms are excellent, great breakfast and good service. Location is good and you can walk to many of the restaurants. There is valet parking only at the hotel for $ 26 per day. There is a public parking garage across the street if you like to save money.Rooms: Rooms are in excellent shapeFood & drinks: plenty of restaurants within the walking distance. Bar on site and complimentary breakfast in the morning.

My husband and I explored all over Colorado for 12 days and our final 3 were in Colorado Springs; We stayed at airbnbs and Marriotts, but this Hyatt was by far the comfiest. It is also so conveniently located and walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Highly recommend The Rabbit Hole for fancy drinks/dinner (make reservations!) and The Everest for the best Nepalese food you’ll ever have.-Check in through the app is convenient but you still need a key to access the building and elevator-The bed and bedding were luxurious and soooo comfortable.-The room and bathroom were spotless and the shower pressure is AMAZING. I brought my own hair products but I appreciated they had full sized food quality stuff available in the large shower.-The only downside is the cost of valet, so just budget an extra $30/day. It’s worth it to not deal with downtown street parking and it is 24/7 in/out access. If you know your plans the following morning (time you’ll be heading out) they’ll have your car easily accessible so the wait is minimal. The valet team was super efficient and very nice.Definitely would recommend and stay here again.Nearby activities: Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak is a quick 15 min drive.Walkability: Lots of bars, breweries, restaurants, and shops in walking distance.
