The guy that work there seems to be very rude and refuse to help customers. Im Not sure why he works there if he hates working there he does not seems to be a fan of interacting with customers.

Woulda gladly shelled out a few hundred for some boots if the guy working there didnt wake up on the wrong side of the bed. I said I was looking for boots he pointed at them and looked at me like I was dumb. Like no dude I have a question about your boots. Proceeded to ignore me the rest of the time I was in the store.

I was assiting someone who needed steel toe shoes for work. Intermountain offered a wide range at reasonable prices. The staff was accommodating and very helpful.

Usually great until I accidentally picked up the wrong size boot, getting the replacements was a nightmare... took 3 months and alot of run around if I go back hopefully I never make a mistake again. My human error might have cost them a customer or was it their customer service?

Needed some new laces, dropped by and saw they carry a good selection of products, from boots to work wear, great customer service, was able to answer my questions, definitely will be back!

Amazing customer service, reasonable prices, and nice selection of shoes. Was provided with suggestions and options for a comfortable work boot. We had a zipper issue with the shoe two months later and without any hesitation the worker took care of us. They take care of their customers and we will definitely be back to buy more shoes in the future.
