Their support absolutely sucks! I was also sold something that does not work as promised. I was told during the sales process that since I am doing this voluntary that I could adjust the BAC down by "Just calling in once it was installed" (FALSE) and they are saying some nonsense about sampling at 4-8 minutes into my initial drive NOT what I was sold at 30-45 minutes. Of course now the sales person isn't responding and "Conner" who I could swear isn't his name tells me to take it back to the service center to have them look at it if I think it is faulty which just means he wants me off the phone. I just love how we ship all our support off to another country to make the CEO more money. DO NOT waste your time with this company. When you are looking make sure they are "A" truthful about the product and "B" that they have actual support in the US, at least during the day.

Poor customer service they hide their phone number on the website. And if you do find it they won't answer but 50%of the time and it's to third party Indian company in which you can't understand and they will not reverse any charges or lockouts caused by the device killing the battery.I don't recommend them at all go to smart start or anybody else. Get one in which you can remove the hand held device like smart start.
