Wish I could do negative rating. Called asking about a repair services couldn’t even get that far. Tried to ask the person their name to address them properly and they responding with “ what’s your name and what do you want?” How about decent customer service. Glad I didn’t walk in and waste my time there.

I am absolutely happy first off great environment absolutely friendly and understanding and the amount of creativity in this store made me smile and astonished and best of all once you walk in you already feel and know it’s the exact right place to be I can’t brag enough about the exceptional work they did.

I have a Bulova wristwatch that stopped working so I brought it to Jack Millers Jewelry store in downtown Colorado Springs after two weeks they called to say it was ready. When I brought it in they told me that it needed a cleaning. When I called about it after the first week, they told me that the battery was good, that's because I had already changed it, and it would cost $94 to complete the repair, which would be the cleaning and ask me if I would authorize that. I was apprehensive to do that because I only paid $100 for it last year, but the woman said that the jeweler was very good, so I said, "go ahead". After 8 more days I called them again and she told me it would be done today. I went to pick it up that afternoon and she told me the cost was $150 which included a new battery, which was $10. When I complained that I was originally quoted $94, she disagreed and said that it was $150. I paid that and left, but was NOT happy. If they quote you a price GET IT IN WRITTING.

I was in today to talk about getting some diamonds from two different pieces set into one. The sweet woman I spoke to was SO personable, and all around helpful. I’ll be back to do more business with these wonderful folks. There’s a reason they’ve been here for so long- honesty and helpfulness, even when there’s not yet been a transaction. That tells you exactly where to come when you’re looking for a service on the spectrum of jewelry.

I LOOOOVE JM jewelryand Design! All of the staff are so helpful and friendly. I visit for Repairs, inspections, customs, cleaning and everything jewelry related. I recently took my platinum wedding set in for inspection and refurbishing. Mark spent A LOT of time polishing it. looks brand new!!! I am so happy!

I love going to Jack Miller for my jewelry needs. I trust them to do a great job and I’ve never been disappointed by them. Last time I dropped off my wedding band and engagement ring I was able to buy a silicone band to wear so my finger didn’t feel naked. I really appreciated their help and my rings look great!

Excellent customer service and knowledge of the merchandise. Gayla knows her stuff and will definitely help you out! Not sure the name of the in house watch repairman but he did excellent work on my watches which had been damaged by a previous watch “repair” man. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and THE place I will be bringing my jewelry in Colorado Springs from now on!

Take ALl your jewelry needs here! These people are legit!. I had mine and my late wife's rings combined into one and they did a super fantastic job. Upon picking it up the ring had to be sized up due to me gaining a little chunk in my finger. They resized it without question. They are very friendly and provide great customer service. I want to give a big shout out to Gayla, Bunny and Jack, your the best
