Lizzie was a fantastic help in preparing my taxes this year. When she had questions about the prosses the communication system between her and her supervisors and help center were prompt and knowledgeable. When they needed to explain things to me Alan and Ruby, were able to put it into words that I could understand and everyone were very patient with all the questions I had.Thank you

We've used Jackson Hewitt for years, as they've always been professional and the software makes it so easy. We moved here from Denver at the end of last year, and thought the experience would be the same. We did drop off, and Alan was wonderful, very professional, very knowledgeable. When we came back to go over them, Alan was busy, so we worked with Jane. Very disappointed. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing, and never went over our return with us, even when we asked her twice. We had no idea how things were entered, how they were done, or even a cost breakdown. All we got from her is you owe this much in federal taxes, and here's the bill. Again, asking her got us nowhere. Will not go back here, and don't recommend them.
