This is with respect to warranty service. I bought an Explorer Conversion Van (>$85k vehicle) from this dealership. I brought it in for warranty work and they have had my van for about 3 months now. Some of the delay was because they were working with an inept subcontractor for the repair work, but ultimately it’s their responsibility to get it done. It is very difficult to contact their service department and frequently I end up leaving messages that do not get returned. At this point, I would not consider doing business with them in the future.

Everyone in the service department was very professional, and very kind. We have bought three brand new cars from Ferguson and will be buying our fourth next year. A wonderful dealership and service department!

I purchased a used car from this dealership, customer service was great while the purchase was in progress and while getting my down payment, after that it has been horrible. My temp tags expired Sept 8th, a week and a half before they expired I called and they connected to my salesman and I told him I haven't received anything for the DMV to register my car, he told me he will get on it and it will be mailed to me asap. a day before my Tags were to expire I called back, it went to his voice mail and he never called me back.the day my tags expired I went to the dealership to talk with him. They said hold on let me get him, he never appeared and they sent a nice lady to issue a new 30 day temporary tag. I still have not recieved the necessary document to get my tags and still have not heard from the salesman or anyone from the dealership.A little comunicatipn goes along way. I am very understanding if something is explained me ir at least a call back is reciprocated. Love the car but very poor communication after the sale.

Working with Joe Ferguson was the best vehicle car buying experience that I've had. From the beginning coordination with Nik and scheduling a time to view the truck to Dante assisting with showing the truck. Dante was extremely informed on the truck and was able to answer all questions that I asked. The finance gentleman was fast and extremely helpful throughout the paperwork process. Best of all the salesmen were no pushy on selling the vehicle and allowed time and space for my wife and I to make the decision.

I called to make a service appointment and Roberta answered the phone and suggested that she had an opening in 30 minutes vs. waiting 3 days...so I drove down right away and was greeted as I pulled in, keys were exchanged and off my truck went for oil change and tire rotation. However, during the detailed inspection they found a few leaky oil hoses and recommended replacing them and had the parts on hand. I was advised it would take about 2 hours to complete all the work and it was done on time at at the price they said it would cost. I have serviced my 2017 GMC Sierra truck at Ferguson since it was new and they have always provided the best service for my vehicle.

We had a horrible experience with this dealership. The check engine lights were on so we checked the codes and wrote them down before we took it in.then they told us it was an anomaly and suddenly the codes were all gone. They kept it for days and kept saying they were taking it for another test drive. The problem was never resolved and we are having to take it to another dealership. I assume they just don’t like doing warranty work… will never go here again and if I could rate lower I would.

My GMC is 2 years old and has been at Ferguson entirely too much for service. This was the second 2+ week long service for it, starting with a failed sensor and ending in a replacement gauge cluster plus significant hail damage on a previously perfect car. My first experience resulted in multiple rentals, hundreds of miles racked up by techs trying to "reproduce the problem" and repeat visits. A new, well maintained vehicle shouldn't have this many issues, and when they crop up you'd think a manufacturer's designated repair shop could quickly diagnose and solve the problem.....not even close. Additionally, communication is lacking at best -- I had to initiate calls to find out what was going on. I'm really disappointed in the dealership and GMC. I'm regretting owning several GMC products, and definitely will think twice before buying another.

Very incompetent group. Went in with fully functioning vehicle, and then they came out saying things were broken/missing. Never returning to this dealership!Just an oil change, and they tore my vehicle apart.

Great customer service. Tim greeted us with a smile and a salute! Very nice man. Liz helped get us checked in smoothly and the service time was faster than we were expecting! The shop was very clean and the waiting room as well. Staff were very friendly. We won't go to any other Buick service department but Ferguson in the future :) Thanks so much.

Ferguson Service Department is second to none only due to one employee. Carrie is one of the service managers and she goes above and beyond for every customer. She goes out of her way to make things right, takes responsibility for everything and works incredibly hard. If it wasn’t for her we would have went to a different dealer a long time ago. I hope the management at Ferguson realizes what an amazing employee they have and reward her.

This is now the second vehicle I have purchased from Ferguson. My experience has been great, I have not had my time wasted, the prices were fair and the customer service is exceptional. This is a five star dealership for sure.

Everyone at this dealership was absolutely wonderful!! They helped me in any way possible to include calling me on FaceTime to see the vehicle I was interested in before I drove an hour away to see it in person. They did whatever it took to make sure I left with my dream car!! I would definitely return to this dealership again in the future for my next car purchase! I highly recommend this place!!

I couldn’t give them enough stars. This dealership is absolutely AMAZING. From the moment I called inquiring about a Yukon they were extremely helpful and was attentive to my questions. I live 4hrs from the dealership and was able to have them hold the Yukon I bought. And the staff was the best part. Everyone was so accommodating and very friendly. Stephan was great and appraised my Jeep I traded off as the same as he quoted over the phone. And Tyler took the time to show me everything on the car I bought down to the last button. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, even friends and family.

I reached out to Ferguson after a less than stellar service experience with the other Buick dealership in town. Tim in Service handled my initial call. He listened to my concerns and was very efficient and courteous. When I arrived at the dealership each employee I came in contact with was also attentive and knowledgeable. I did have to wait a bit while they diagnosed the issue but they were great about checking in with me periodically and updating me on their progress. As I was leaving I mentioned some concerns with the paint- Tim and Keri (?)were quick to take a look and offer solutions. Ferguson is about 15 minutes further from my home than the other one but I will choose this service team from now on. Thanks!
