My experience with K-P so far has been horrible! Their in-processing was smooth = great! Then it began.... so far worst experience with transition EVER! Was able to retain my doctor; but half of my meds have to be changed to another pharm company. W/O regard to patient or "valued member" history or needs. Long waits to "discuss" or schedule what should be done on their website (which is not a good experience at all). Compared to several other providers I have experienced over the years... THIS IS THE WORST! Stay well clear if it is your choice.

The staff was helpful even though I was frustrated after long phone calls. They all were kind and professional and helped me get my prescriptions filled.

I had to switch to this office after having the worst experience with another provider at a different facility. I can get appointments in a reasonable amount of the time, sometimes same day or next day when it's urgent, and I have never had a long wait to get in touch with anyone at this office, they are very responsive and respectful. A huge plus with this location is the Pharmacy, it is so convenient and fast compared to other pharmacies. And the in house Lab is also fast and I've not had a bad experience with any of the Tec's. Typically I'm a difficult stick for blood draw and they did so good the 3 times I've been I didn't even feel it!! Dr. Chong-Fai Too has been absolutely fantastic this has been the best care I have Received in many years and I'm so grateful for the Staff, Doctors and Nurses at this facility.

If you want a pharmacist (Brent) that hangs up on you and is afraid to do his job because his boss will yell at him...This is the place for you!!!!! 9 days later numerous calls to our Dr and the member service line and still no script filled. This place is far from a pharmacy that values their members. RUDE staff. All I am asking for is the medicine my kiddo needs to keep him from asperating his secreations. ZERO STARS

Greeted warmly and the pharmacy staff is prompt! I've never have had to wait longer than 10 minutes.

KP is the worse!! Their website is not at all helpful; their main 1-800 phone # has currently a two-hour hold time, filling prescriptions is a nightmare. When you DO get through; they can't answer any questions because the front line phone workers have no medical training. I could go on an on but unlike KP; I actually have work to do. I can't wait to drop KP and find another health care provider!

I wouldn’t even give a one start rating if it allowed that. Rude! Uncaring about people and their pain they are in. WAKE UP NOT EVERYONE IS SEEKING DRUGS SOME PEOPLE ARE IN ACTUAL PAIN!!! Inconsistent with their “rules.” Dishonest to their patience!!!! Heartless folks at this pharmacy!

Horrible place wait times are very long! Dr. treats you like a object not a person. Nurse was very rude and did not like the fact I wanted my wife in the visit. The pharmacy can not get anything right and the wait can be even longer than the wait for the doctor. Mail order pharmacy could never get my prescriptions to me and I always ended up doing without my medications which are all important and should not be stopped suddenly, they did not even care! I always ended up driving across town to pick up my mail order prescriptions because they could never get them delivered to my in town address. Had a phlebotomist twist a needle in my arm and it left a bruise over four inches in diameter along with pain that last over seven months. They never followed up on my complaint and it has been almost a year. The dermatologist found skin cancer and I had Mohs surgery but with in two weeks it reappeared and doctor refuse to biopsy it and instead prescribed a cream and it still has not gone away and is growing! I would not and can not recommend Kaiser at all. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced even had to complain to Medicare because they refused to refill a covered drug and I did without for over three months. WORST HEALTH INSURANCE EVER! How Kaiser ever got a five star rating is beyond reason.

The pharmacy hours are incorrect. They actually open at 7:30am and close at 6:30pm.

Kaiser Parkside is amazing love their doctors love the ease of everything in one spot. I never wait long for anything. I have been using this facility for 6 years and never had an issue.

Update a new lady did it for my 2nd shot and did it by appt time. It made people mad but that was the correct way to do it.. changed to 5 star, finally someone who wasn't afraid to make people mad and I got in and out.Got my covid shot here and had a 845am appt when I showed up 15 minutes early found the lobby full of people, not a big deal. That is until I realized I was the 3rd appt of the morning and 20th on the list. People that showed up hours before theirs got to go. O made an appt and took time away from work not to wait and hour because no one has the guts to let people know they have to wait until their schedule time. Staff was super nice but spend hours here cost me money.
