The worst bank ever. Zero stars if I could. I've dealt with a lot of banks in different states and this by far is a joke of a bank. Went in to withdraw money and they tried to say they couldn't allow me to withdraw that amount. I flat out said, "so you're telling me I don't have access to my own money?" My husband has been having non-stop issues with them as well where they block direct deposit into his account and has spent hours on the phone trying to get answers. Going on 1.5 weeks and the direct deposit is still "on hold" And have been told it was an error on their end but they can't do anything because it has to "go through the process." If you want to trust your bank with your money don't use them. Will be closing these accounts and going with a more competent bank. Have reported them to the FDIC and OCC and I encourage anyone else who has had problems to report them as well. They should not be able to hold our money hostage.

Manager and employees has no consideration for the client’s time. I was waiting and the employee who was helping a client they both talking about there personal issues. I think it’s more social than professional.

The employees at this location are unwilling to provide any type of customer service. Do not use this branch.

If you literally only bank online, KeyBank is fine. If you need to do anything in a branch, the staff are unfriendly and incompetent. Find another bank.

My interaction so far with Key Bank has been weird. I signed up online for a bank account and then all of a sudden they requested a whole bunch of additional information after I had deposited $3000. At 1st I was not pleased with any of my interactions, I had spoken to a gentleman who is a branch manager at another location here in Colorado Springs who ensured me my debit card was on the way and no other information was needed. However I found a saving grace, Viveya (spelling?) helped me close that "online account" and open a new account. I was extremely happy with her service and apologetic manner towards my previously BAD experience. Keep up the good work girlfriend, nice job :)

Very bad experience. Workers there seem pretty incompetent of what they do, specially Stephanie. She said we would have everything we needed within a week and a month later nothing yet. Guess what? They lost a client. Going with other bank.

Every time you turn around their online banking is down. I like to know what my balances are and when credits and debits post. It's disturbing in this day and age to have a bank that can't seem to stay online. I'm considering finding another bank.

RUN! Run away as fast as you can. This is the worst bank and staff I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Please make sure to double check the costs associated with their subcontractors (such as check printing, credit card processing, etc...) They refer to those charging exorbitant fees. Also, when you decide to leave (and I know you will) make sure you won't be charged fees when you try and close your account. Be ready that any calls into their "service" center will take at least 30 minutes. The service advertised on their website is false. You can call in for service, only to be told "Oh, we can't handle that for you over the phone, you have to go into your branch."

WOW, this branch went above and beyond to make sure that my 83 year old grandmother was taken care of. Thank you Cartier and your entire staff for reminding me that there are still good people on Earth ;) YOU GUYS ARE AMAZEBALLS !!!!
