Had to wait 10 minutes for fresh chicken. Pretty sure they said that with hope of us driving off because that was NOT fresh or hot. And the fries I got were old. Y'all need some adults working in the evening not little teenage kids with no work ethic

The staff was amazing! Even though there were a lot of customers, they were not bothered, flustered and maintained excellent customer service. I will go out of my way within the Colorado Springs area just to come back to this location.

This restaurant needs to be shut down due to health code violations. As my husband and I ate here today, we observed so many disgusting violations. 1) My husband ordered a 4 peice all dark,we get our food and it was a 4 peice mixed so we take it back to the counter and the young man changes out the chicken and put the chicken from our box that we touched and put it back into the pan of chicken. I am pretty sure they were supposed to throw that chicken away.2) While we were eating our food we observed a particular young man with blond hair working drive thru do multiple unbelievable things. He was eating straight from the pan of food, drinking from his cup with no lid, and he sneezed- didn't cover his mouth all in the food area behind the counter.It was more stuff too. I will never eat here again. This place needs to be shut down- new management and all new training for all their employees.

These lady's are on point this is by far the best quality kfc I've been to in COS . I don't know who was running drive thru but she was a pro! Food was 8/10 and this is after a 30mi Drive home . I could only imagine if we ate inside. Even cold my tenders where tender. Great job lady'

It took me almost 10 minutes of standing in front of the counter before i was helped. Just to be told its a 13 minute wait for the food i was already waiting for to be done. Real poor communication and functionality here.

This was by far the most unprofessional, horrible experience ever at KFC!Upon arriving through the drive thru we are told to pull over because they were out of biscuits. 10 minutes later I decided to go inside with my son and see what was going on. As soon as we arrive we hear cursing, yelling, loud talking and I waited another 15 minutes to get someone to talk to me. There was not even a single person in the line. What was sad is there was a new employee who was being trained but she just stood there and said, "I am sorry you are experiencing this, I am in training and I don't know what to do. Still there was a lot of hollering going on in the background. In fact curse words were shared right in front of my 12 years old. I was embarrassed myself. Finally 20 minutes later, we are given our 16 piece and our order. As I was beginning to drive I thought I should check my order. Low and behold, the coleslaw was missing. So I had to turn back around to get it. As a business owner myself, this type of service and experience is NOT or should not be acceptable. I am still shocked that I experienced all of this. I would write my ticket number but of course I wasn't given a receipt.
