Helpful and nice employee. The location is okay too. The only thing I have to say about the location is that the candy and food needs to be changed more often because it was stale and it reminded me of the hood gas station in St. Louis because you have to slide the money in the slot.?

After a long day, I wanted a couple of beers. Not a six pack, just two. The store has a whole section of single beers. At self checkout I was told I can't buy just two beers, I have to buy a six pack. The girl who told me was very rude. Not being able to buy just two bottles of beer is A STUPID POLICY!!

It's a gas station like any other. The only difference is King Soopers customers can accumulate points thruout the month where every $ 100 spent gives you 100 points. Every 100 points gives 10 cents off every gallon of gas in a single purchase. Points must be used within two months or they expire. I earned 900 points in April 2023 and in May filled my tank for $2.49 rather than 3.39.

From management to the people who push in carts and check out, there is NOT a single person in this king soopers that is respectful, helpful, or organized! I purchased flowers through them online and they didn't have it set up, they were not trying to refund me, even though they didn't have what I needed. Once they finally did that acted as if I knew that their system was new. Even though I was one of several people that did it in that same! I should have got their names before I left, but the short bald floor manager and the tall brunette customer service lead are the worst! They were talking ill of me when I went in to pick up boxes today, which they said they'd reserve. I come in the time frame they say, and again they are blaming me and everyone else. Maybe a communication and customer service seminar should get put on the books!

Mark in the bakery went above and beyond for me this weekend! His attitude and willingness to help me in a pinch should be commended! Other stores basically laughed at my request when I explained what I needed. Mark didn’t. Not only did he pull through, the cake was amazing and so delicious! This location isn’t convenient for me, but I will always use this location for cakes because of him. Someone like Mark should be recognized because he truly cares about customers. It’s not every day that someone goes out of their way to be helpful! I hope you realize how much he’s an asset to your location.

Stopped in because I had .40 discount on gas. Gas is starting to come down and the extra discount really helped. I took the opportunity to add some fuel additive. Good experience

When you have points then it is great. Our shopping at Kinf Soopers since January 1 to February 28 gave us 0.80 off a gallion and do we filled up both cars. A limit of 20 gallions exists.

Many of the clerks are rude, and they don't want to go out of their way to help customers. Other King Soopers are much friendlier. They're always out of stock even though Covid is part of the reason. It seems the store is by far worse than any other store.

I signed up for Instacart for a monthly basis for $9.99, I asked for a reminder before it charged me! The only reason I placed this order was because Walmart didn't have something I needed, I immediately went on it and cancelled it! Then a couple weeks later I get the reminder? Why? When I already cancelled it?, so I go on site and cancel it for the second time! Then today I get a email that they took out the $9.99 again! When I had already cancelled it twice? I called Instacart and she refused to refund me my money? She said she would give me a credit! I told her I did not want to use them anymore for what they did, so I just went on to place an order to use my credit and she never gave me the credit! So I cancelled the order I placed These people really are rotten thieves I'm calling my bank now about this Instacart are thieves don't use them and beware of them if you do! So to get my money back from my bank I have to file a grievance, that's ok! But I also have to get a new debit card, that is a big hassle for me! I called Instacart again? Same old talk, they will do nothing, so I went online and changed my payment to a credit card, instead of my debit card, so if they try this again! I will get it back, I can't believe these people! If they are doing this to me! Who knows how many other people they are doing this to this has to stop I'm a disabled senior who lives off social security disability! It's not about the $9.99! It's the principle of the thing? I'm pissed off you couldn't tell already ! Thanks for reading this! Whoever does! If anyone does! Have a happy thanksgiving to all
