Growing ever frustrated with this pharmacy. Most of the techs and pharmacists are helpful, a rare few actually friendly. There is, however, one worker I dread dealing with. Young ish woman (white, long blondish hair, has been there for a long time, don't remember her name) who is generally surly with zero customer service capabilities. It's as if no matter when she's there, you are interrupting her busy-ness. I waited patiently when she snarlwd, "Be right with you" when I arrived dor my flu ahot appointment. When she did acknowldge me, she kept working on 2 other things as she unapologetically lete know they were OUT OF SHOTS.I had made, days ago and online, the appointment for today. They couldn't have been bothered to call, text or email (they had all my contact information from my online appointment) that they had completely run out before I wasted my time going?Frustrating.

The SLOWEST pharmacy i have ever usedI switch to King Soopers because I moved to the Briargate area. I was going to Walmart previously and they would get me in and out within minutes if not seconds.I was looking forward to the fact that they had a drive-through but even that is ridiculously slow. I literally had to back out of their drive-through because it was taking so long and then when I went inside, it was just as busy and after 26 minutes I got to the counter only for them to tell me that my script wasn’t ready even though I called the day prior and spoke to a pharmacist to make sure it would be ready. Waiting anything more than five minutes to just pick up a prescription is insane to me

I went in late Saturday afternoon to ask for the availability of flu and COVID shots. I was taken right there and then. Pharmacist Sean went beyond what was necessary and gave me a complete listing of all my COVID shots. This is a great asset when traveling internatioally. Thanks guys.

They give us moldy strawberries and grapes every time we order groceries. 3 times in a row. The quality is very low & the food goes right in the trash. Constantly "out of stock" on items. If you are fulfilling a customers order, then it should be thoroughly checked before giving them out. It's a waste of time and my money.

Went to this location to buy a cake for an anniversary, I asked for assistance 2 times and received none.So I proceeded to open the case and get the cake that I was wanting to purchase.When I finally went behind the counter to look for box someone of management approached me and said that nobody was in the bakery this afternoon to assist me. I asked for a frosting tube so that I could write on cake myself but was declined. This person said that she was not a trained cake decorator!Very poor customer service at this location and they gave this sign displayed. I was there at 4:30. I guess they don't want to sell cakes at this location

A woman, Jenna ?, was so incredibly helpful to me the other day. I was trying to get medication for my son in college. She walked me through everything I needed to do, had patience with me, found the best option for me. The pharmacist took her aside after helping me. I really hope he wasn't discouraging her to do what she did for me because, one, I've been a long time customer and two, because of what she did I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Jenna ( I really hope that's your name) You are an asset to King Soopers Pharmacy!

After they resurfaced the parking lot, they doubled the amount of speed bumps when you enter from Briargate Pkwy. Prepare to go over 4 jarring speed bumps. If you enter from Family Pl., there is one speed bump. They also made some of the parking spaces smaller and I had difficulty getting out of my car without hitting the car in the next space. Sometimes we go to other King Soopers stores that are farther away just to get a break from the hassles.

My husband and I have been using this pharmacy for several years. The personnel are always professional, courteous and friendly. The service has been strained lately due to the issue of being under staffed so blame the economy not the current staff. The pandemic, covid, people who do not want to work and even the supply chain problems have affected the service. The personnel have been doing their job and I appreciate every one of them!

Go in person and just watch. You’ll quickly realize why these simpletons can’t manage an organized phone system in conjunction to the work they have to do alongside helping customers who physically come in to pick up even though that’s what they signed up for when they got this job. My lowly fast food drive thru runs better than this place with 3x the number of customers. Like literally, just look at them. It explains everything.

So bad. I get it pharmacies are busy places but definitely so slow here, whether you go in person or need to call…but forget calling in because they will leave you on hold for over 7 minutes … not ever pick up to say anything to you… and if you call back you will get an immediate, “hold please”. Lol, sooo… get ready to hold because they mean it. I had scripts sent over to them at 10am and they were not ready even close to 5pm. You need to find more help or come up with a new plan to improve the effectiveness of service not only for customers but for your workers, I’m sure. You can do better. Good Luck!

I was on hold for 8 minutes, got frustrated, hung up and called again. The woman answered with “can I put you on hold?” Before I screamed no into the phone, she was gone. Another long wait and I hung up. Tomorrow, if my prescriptions are ready, I’ll pick them up one last time then transfer them to Costco. It’s miles out of the way but their service exceeds any pharmacy closer to me in Briargate. King Soopers is the worst.
