Pharmacy put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on me. Called back the stupid robot wouldnt connect me with a real person for 10 minutes finally got a person told me it would be ready in 15 minutes showed up 15 minutes later only to sit in the drive thru for another 15 MINUTES. Yall can't possibly be that busy

5 stars because of your pharmacist. I'm from Ohio and he was over the top helpful getting a prescription transferred from Kroger back home.As far as your store..... the aisles are too narrow, especially with all of the shelf stocking going on. I found it somewhat annoying getting stuck behind other shoppers in the aisle. The merchandise displayed in the middle of the front and rear rows causes more inconvenience. You should expand to a larger footprint.

I don't like to give bad reviews but I have been to this king soopers a couple times these past couple weeks and have had really bad experiences with a couple self checkout workers. Have had coupons with the app that haven't gone through. They argue with me and I have left and come back later to get a more helpful checkout worker. One even made me go out to my car and get my app open and show her the coupon and still argued with me about it. Can you please make sure the people that have face to face contact with customers aren't rude and argumentative. It makes for a horrible experience.

Nice clean store. Love checking out the deli and finding discount stickers on cold chicken, pulled pork, pizza, ect. Good sushi and popcorn chicken. Friendly staff too. Probably one if my favorite stores.

I ordered a birthday cake and when I showed up to pick it up, they hadn’t made it. The young lady blamed someone else, who wasn’t there, for not telling her to make it. She said she could make it quickly because all their cakes come in pre-made and frozen. Yuck! Good to know. I’ll never order a cake from them again.

If you want customers to use self checkout I highly suggest you have plenty open. Just went 10:45ish and had two cashier lanes open with lines of people with full carts. Only had one section of self checkout open and line was half way down soda isle. Then just about every customer had a problem checking out. Then I got up and I had problems with my card not finishing the payment. The attendant was running every where. Open more self checkouts if you want us to do your job and check ourselves out.

The grocery pickup has worked amazingly for years (save for a slight blip with Covid lockdowns) until just a few weeks ago. I don’t know what they changed but I beg King Soopers to please change back to how they’ve been doing it for the last 3-4 years. The last three weeks I show up at my pickup time and they can’t find my order, when they do find it, they realize they haven’t even started shopping for my order, they tell me to stand by, and after waiting for over an hour they tell me to come back later or the next day. I do not fault the workers at all— they are working like mad to try to remedy a flawed system. I’m guessing there is an IT or operations management failure, and the poor workers are left scrambling. This obviously has ceased to be a time saver and is costing me multiple hours and multiple trips to the grocery store. I could have easily shopped for my own groceries in the time I’ve wasted with their pickup these last few weeks. If they don’t fix this soon I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Deli counter people happy to take a break and chat with friends and coworkers while orders go unfulfilled. Multiple people in line left and not coming back. Staff not bothered by this at all, less work for Matthew to actually do. Sunday 8/27 @524pm

I called ahead to the floral department at the King Soopers on Union and Briargate to ask about helium balloons. Gene answered the phone and stated they did. I said I’d be in in 5 minutes with 24 balloons.I came in and got rude eye rolls and minimal answers while asking about ordering helium balloons in the future. I did not know the “unwritten pre order rules”.It was so unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable for even asking questions.Not going to that store again.

They give us moldy strawberries and grapes every time we order groceries. 3 times in a row. The quality is very low & the food goes right in the trash. Constantly "out of stock" on items. If you are fulfilling a customers order, then it should be thoroughly checked before giving them out. It's a waste of time and my money.

I really like this KS. Never had a problem. I felt the need today to give a special shout out to Max from the deli department. He is an exceptional worker/employee at THIS KS. Not only is he a hard worker, but he is very polite/kind. Goes the extra mile. Thank you, Max.

The briargate/union king dippers has gone down hill. Today I tried to use their digital coupons but my phone would not pick up their Wi-Fi to download the stupid coupons. It's idiotic. The sale price should apply to all. What the hell is the sense in having the app if it cannot be used in the store. The check out clerk told me he couldn't give me the sales price because it was not down loaded to my app. Digital coupons are a joke. I should have just left all the groceries there for them to put away since they couldn't or wouldn't give me the coupon prices. It's over crowded in there and yet they still insist on cramming the Isles with displays that nobody even cares about. The guy bagging my groceries today shoved so much into my bags that they were to heavy to carry into my house. And despite the fact that I put all like items on the conveyor belt to be bagged accordingly...my bread was shoved in with fruits and vegetables. King soopers has lost a valuable customer of 18 years. I hope the 25.00 I should have saved in Digital coupons was worth them losing a customer who spends in there weekly! Never again !!!

Been here twice, the 2nd time was much better than the 1st time. Store was well stocked. People were actually courteous. And the employees were nice this time.Came here the first time on July 3rd, people were very rude, uptight, and the staff was also rude.
