A really great place, the people are very good and pleasant to work with. They fixed a wedding ring for my wife and a watch for myself.

Michael Knight is a Colorado Springs TREASURE!! Love this family owned business and how they treat their clients like... family! Found my dream Rolex here and though 20yrs "old," Michael had it in near perfect condition, so it looks brand new still, yrs later. Gorgeous selection, extremely knowledgable about whatever is important to YOU, no pressure, just fun each time you get to go in, and they specialize in cleaning your timepieces to keep them in the best shape for you and your legacy gifts.

Stellar service and collection. I've brought two watches in for service to Mr. Knight and he's done an excellent job both times. I always trust them to do a great job with my luxury timepieces.

This was my first visit to The Knight Watch Shop; Michael Knight was outstanding in customer service! I will continue to bring my watches to Mr. Knight for servicing!

Excellent service and a great selection of vintage and modern watches. I took a watch in to have some links taken out. A young man assisted me and it took about 15 minutes because my watch was a difficult model. While I waited, I browsed the selection of watches. They had Omegas which I love plus Hamilton, Longines, Breitling, Rolex, IWC and Cartier.I am a watch collector and I am pleased with the selection. You do need to be buzzed-in to gain entrance which I do not mind given it is downtown and the store carries luxury merchandise. The labor rates are what I expect from a higher end watch shop. I paid $40 for the resizing and I believe that was fair.If you are a collector or looking for luxury watches and service, The Knight Watch and Jewelry Company is a good choice.

Great Service, they are located in a cozy, inviting shop downtown.. I called and spoke on the phone with them about getting a Luxury Watch authenticated and she told me they'd be happy to do that for me and their service was efficient and friendly. Won't be my last time stopping by there. They also have a good amount of interesting inventory on display as well.. Thank you!

Wow. That sums up how I was treated here. Just, WOW..I thought that this place was Theodore Blum's Jeweller’s Services (TBJS) simply renamed. Unlike Knight's, TBJS was reviewed by several people here on Yelp as being well liked, highly rated and reasonable. Unfortunately, hoodwinked by Google's poor location service, I took my watch into Knight's and some kid told me it would be, "$650 to start. ".I looked at him and thought, "Good Lord, Son, do you make $200 an hour?".My first clue should have been the need to be buzzed into a tiny store front dominated by dark wood and deep plush carpet. The second should have been all the Rolexes (and ONLY Rolexes) for Sale..My guess? He and the owner looked at my watch, decided it was not worthy of their time (spoiler: it's not a Rolex) and simply didn't want to fix it..I decided that these people live in the Broadmoor and by that I mean The Hotel, not the area Around the hotel..I have only experienced such snobbery once before in the Springs. That business no longer exists..Be advised, this place is NOT TBJS and know that you will probably be charged just to breathe the air in here. If their goal was to get rid of what they thought was an obnoxious insect in their store, they succeeded. Trouble is? They insect is now free to express her opinion here and to friends and family. My opinion? Unless you you have money to burn? AVOID.Oh and P.S. to that kid: Not spending money is how one STAYS a millionaire, NOT how one becomes one. One becomes a millionaire by offering goods or services people actually want to purchase. Over-charging people for goods or services is called “Killing the goose that lays the golden egg. “ It works in the short term, but when people smarten up? They stop coming to your business.

Had a vintage (1950’s) Omega Seamaster restored by Michael. Awesome job…he had to replace a number in inside parts due to rust. The dial was destroyed (I thought) but he was able to have it restored to original. The watch is incredibly accurate for a vintage automatic (-10 sec per day)

I've done some on and off business with Mike at the store. Not so much as he remembers me when I walk in, so I gently remind him. He is a studious watch guy, sitting in the back of this very old, and dated store front. Its charming if you like that kind of vibe, which I do. He has staff including his wife Cheryl (and daughter I believe) who bring the charm to the counter so feel fortunate if you can deal with her or others. Mike can be a bit quirky and so please accept it as an interesting encounter by a focused craftsman. There aren't many out there.

Easily the best watch shop in the springs. The young gentleman in the front is more than happy to walk you through the inventory. Mr. Knight treats you with respect and can/will answer any question you have about any of the time pieces. They constantly get new pieces in and are more than happy to help you. They're filled with some great vintage pieces as well as some hard to find newer ones. Definitely will be back to make a purchase soon.
