Storage unit was broken into by what seemed to be a prior resident since they had a key to the main door. The manager was unapologetic and I spent the next week calling the unanswered number over and over trying to get a new lock on the door since I was out of the state. After the main door lock was changed, the code was not sent out to the renters proving the terrible communication of the space. I rented from here last year and it worked out but this year's frustration makes me never want to rent here again.
