Update January 2024: Easy returns and exchanges from Christmas orders. Plenty of staff, and the store was so well-organized! I still feel prices are higher than I remember, but isn't that everywhere now?! Ericka was super nice and helped me at checkout use my printouts regarding coupons and kohl's cash from my online account. She was friendly, yet efficient and professional helping the line move fast.

Helpful staff, not overtly crowded during this visit. Came in to return some Christmas gifts. Both managers worked to help get my issue resolved in a timely manner.

What a joke. Been a while since I last shopped here. They used to have a nice jewelry department. Now it's just a few racks of stuff that aren't interesting. Even on sale, their prices are a bit too high. Went to do some Christmas shopping, but left with a bottle of dog no chew spray and a pair of earrings. Probably not going back any more.

Pretty typical Kohls. The guy working customer service was fast and friendly. The clearance could have been better organized, such as sorted by size. Only concern is the one door being gated off. Not sure the fire Marshall would approve of that.

I am a very thin person and frequently can't find what I like in a size that fits. I had wonderful shopping day and found a dress, skirt, and 2 pairs of pants! Hurrah!!

Homeless people have invaded the property on the side in the bushes and behind the store . Be careful walking in that area at night.
