I thought the Maverik app was another way for the store to get money. Sam explained all the benefits that it has to offer which was unexpected. I was able to get a free icecream sandwich just by signing up. I will be coming back!

Just left maverick on powers and north carefree…. I didn’t catch the employee name black male with a due rag on his head but wow it was something….I grab a few items I was at the counter he was putting up doughnuts or something He scream towards me stating there was a self check out that I can use…. I told him I needed cigarettes…. So he got all pissed off because he had to stop what he was doing to go over and help a customer….. and at the same time he was in a loud voice I needed to say please Wow that took me off guard Please will get me far in his words Screaming at me saying he could refuse service to me…I really didn’t know what sent him off but don’t take it on the customers …. I told him I understand there’s a self check out but I needed someone to give me a pack of cigarettes….. this guy has no business working there…. 1st time I seen him I do go there a lot like 5 times a week… now I’m debating going there because it was very uncomfortable…

Randi is almost always there when I go for a walk. If something is out of stock, she’ll check the back up and she’s always super nice and attentive. On a sidenote, I don’t know what you put in your coffee but holy cow. I cannot drink it after four lol

The service, it’s always so so very seldom do they ever greet you when you come in, or say thank you for coming in!
But I’m here today to, Voice my opinion About their overpriced Detroit cheese sticks that tasted like charcoal bricks. They were burned/or overcooked however you would like to look at it. I like my cheese brown, not on the brink of death brown/black. And unfortunately every box was the same way. from what I could see through the peep hole in the box. I could have chosen something else, yes! But the issue was being diabetic I was just recovering from a low. I did not need more sugar immediately, but I needed something quick and ready to eat! I was on unofficial break! So I basically did not have time to wait around! I just think that they need to be more aware when they’re putting things in the oven to take them out in a timely manner and if they are black, don’t try to sell it!

Nice people that work here, no issues with the staff. Maverik is just doing what Kum & Go did but worse. It's a shame that we got saddled with this company.

I've never did a review on a gas station never thought I'd find a need to but when I moved to Escapardo Way I started using this one and I won't go anywhere else I love the people the environment Summer the manager is amazing very kind and helpful she has a great team never felt ignored or lile the employees didn't want to be there they have a great selection of food snacks and drinks I trust this gas station I'm not worried I'll be ripped off or treated badly everyone there no matter the time of day is amazing. Again Summer the manager is amazing she has made this gas station what it is and has selected an amazing team under her.

I came around 10:50pm and the gentleman there Dalton was outstandingly nice. Not only did he help my partner and I in our selection, he was charming and downright the best customer service I’ve ever seen from any gas station ever. Point blank period. If you’re looking for a late night snack/fill up this location is certainly the place for you. I really cannot stress how much Dalton made my whole night, I will definitely be back. Dalton if you read this, Thankyou :)

I have come in to the store several times at night (after 930 or so) and the guy with the dreads has never failed to provide the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered (rather a complete lack there of). I don't know his name because he doesn't wear a name tag and has never acknowledged my presence when I'm in the store. Even walking up to him to check out when he is the only employee there and is standing behind the register that says "closed," he never once looked up from his phone. I was the only person in the store and he never so much as moved is eyes off of his phone. Like I said, I have had several very negative experiences with this guy. Get rid of him. He is a worthless employee and the company is wasting their money on his paycheck. I won't be going back to this store again.
