The fact that you have to keep the bathrooms locked is understandable however being that they are locked means that you guys are trying to facilitate some sort of cleanliness. Imagine my surprise when I walk into a locked bathroom that is completely filthy and disgusting your employees need to do better and clean the freaking restrooms

Mad props to the Mavericks team especially Jason! Every single staff member is always welcoming, and if you're a regular, they’ll remember you. They genuinely make real connections with their customers. I go into the store almost every other day, and today I brought my 5-year-old son with me. Another customer was there with a dog, and unfortunately, the dog aggressively came at my son. I immediately stepped in, but before I could fully react, Jason — one of the staff members — was already on it. Huge thank you to Jason for being so quick and attentive! Let’s be clear: dogs aren’t the problem — irresponsible owners are. If you know your dog has aggressive tendencies, either keep them on a short leash or don’t bring them into public spaces like this.
My son was really scared, and now I’ve got to work on helping him feel safe again. But what stuck with him — and me — was that someone who didn’t even know him stepped up to protect him. That’s the kind of place Mavericks is. Thank you again, Jason!

I went into the store right at 5:00 to get a coffee and Kym initially offered me a free coffee. Unfortunately I needed to break a $20. I truly appreciated her kind gesture. We talked for a few minutes. She was a very genuine and kind person. Very professional and nice to talk to early in the morning. Coffee is really good too. Best time to go there as well because I will be honest it does from time to time have some interesting people that come in and out. My point is that Kym was a sweetheart and made the experience very nice. Again I appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

Wow, somebody who cares really needs to visit this location unannounced. Scary that they are an actual business. I will never go there again.

First I love Maverik for their customer service, assortment of hot fresh coffee and clean bathrooms. Rarely do I find an issue at any of them but this morning was soooo different and yes maybe other Mavericks have set my expectations so high that when I walked into this other one this morning I was so let down by the absolute disrespect and lack of customer service that I actually walked out and mind you there were 4 workers behind the counter!!!! I left and drove to this one instead. When I walked in not only was I greeted but everyone else was too while this person was working all alone behind the counter and it was a very busy morning. The store was kept up the bathrooms were clean and the attitude from Maddy was so wonderful kind and cheerful that I could not let this be unnoticed!!! Mind you this person was the only one working in the main part of the store and they did 100% better than the 4 I just left.
Maddy is an excellent employee and definitely is exactly what I expect when I walk into a Maverik especially in the morning🤗 I appreciated them very much🦋

Ridiculous policy that they must be able to scan an ID to purchase 21+ items!! I HAVE A VALID GOVERNMENT MILITARY ISSUED ID!! NOT ACCEPTING THAT TO BUY CIGARETTES IS UNAMERICAN!! I can get on a plane no problem with that ID but cant buy smokes at the gas station with it.. Insane to treat a military veteran that way, or any military member for that matter.. be better.

There is never any food in the hot case between 9:30am and 10:15am. The cups for the fountain machine are never filled, and the coffee bar is always empty. If it wasn't the only convenient gas station on the way to the highway, I'd never stop here.

It's dirty, the toilets are closed ((The service staff probably doesn't get a scolding from the manager very often... It's sad that people treat other people like that...

Stopped here to fill my tank. After I did that, I went inside to use the bathroom. The attendant immediately asked me to remove my mask and I ignored her. It’s my right to wear a mask to protect myself and others. I cannot afford to get sick and miss work. I have a lot of immunocompromised friends. I never said anything or asked anyone else to mask. I walked towards the bathroom and she FOLLOWED me, insisting that I take my mask off because of a store “policy.” I refused. I was going to buy some food after using the restroom but after that experience I will never give my money to Maverik again (:

Absolute worst location and that's saying a lot. I've had horrible customer service at all of them. They advertise a price for gas on the sign but don't honor it even if you use your member card. Even at the pumps, it only gives 2 cents off instead of 10. The cashier is extremely rude, NO customer service skills at all. Completely rude for no reason. I literally said hi and she was nasty. Will not be coming back.
