Scammers are putting stuff on the atm in here! Friend got 260 worth of fradulent charges and they pinned it to this location.. check the machine before pulling money out!!

The kitchen is terrible. It's supposed to be open from 4-6 but half the time there's no one there and there's nothing in the hot boxes or rollers. Kum n go was better

STOLE 60$ FROM ME. I FREQUENT this place. Pre-paid for gas while my girl had already started pumping. Wouldn't give me a refund said it would be released. Transaction disappears next day and I never got my money. Corporate says they can't do anything about it, sorry for your loss. Literally just robbed me for $60 in broad daylight and I can't do anything.

I'm not spending a single damn cent at a gas station where - for whatever stupid reason - the restroom is closed for cleaning at 12:50 in the afternoon. I urge everyone to check if the restrooms are open before buying anything, including gas.

The guy working at 7:53pm on July 14th was just lost, the bathroom toilet is flooding and the entire store smells like urine and poop. Leaking into the store itself and the guy couldn’t get any machines to work. Self checkout wasn’t working and I don’t know what the issue was waiting there for him to take everyone else after we stood there for 5+ minutes. Unbelievable. Disgusting

I dont know what happened but every maverick on the springs has fallen apart, no hot food ever, severely understaffed. Its sad going to start going to circle k or other gas stations because this is ridiculous.

I'm hopeful that this is the Maverick on Jetwing and Hancock because that is the greatest station the greatest employees the most unbelievable service cleanliness professional and yet personable after so long you feel almost like their family and they're just incomparable and the jobs they perform the freshest coffee you can go to any Maverick You're not going to find coffee that taste that fresh they must clean the machine daily I would readily hire any and every one of these employees at high a large business and I will not forget that this is where you get true service and you can trust every aspect these people are beyond compare

There is never any hot food in the hot boxes. Over the past couple of months and going in there at different times of the day there is no food in the hot box and very little in the cooler. I have asked employees about it and their response is “no one makes the kitchen staff work and when they do work they are lazy and usually late to work” I spoke to a manager a couple weeks ago about it and she said they are working to get it back like it was. But there has been NO improvement since then. If anything it has been worse. I will be reaching out to corporate on this issues too because I am sure I’m not the only one with a complaint.

The kitchen never has any breakfast made when I go in at 630 am. Every other maverick I've ever been to has burritos and sandwiches made by 6 am
