Sent my husband in to pay for gas and pull out cash ( needed $13) was told he had to take $20 out. Cashier handed him a $20 Bill. She would not break the $20 state she was low on cash. My wife had to go in and pay for a candy bar to break the $20 Bill. This all Could have been avoided when we requested the $13 dollars tobegin with. Money hungry company or lazy workers I’m not sure. But seriously?? Will never return and can’t wait for QuikTrip to come here and show you how it’s done.

The staff was very nice. But when I was leaving an employee was mopping the front entrance. Which by the way was odd at 7 pm with customers going in and out. The employee was not paying attention and as I walked by he completely mopped my foot. I was wearing open toe shoes. Wasn't much fun getting your foot all wet

Price on gasbuddy is never correct. I'd bet that the owner is posting false prices to draw more customers.

Carmen is a tyrant who encourages clerks to approach shop lifters. Even after someone at another store being stabbed. Do better. Your managerial practices are a joke and you couldn't manage a lemonade stand

Staff are fantastic at this location. Plenty of great food and drink items. My favorite is their breakfast pizza! The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because, when I go in to get breakfast and a certain employee is working in their kitchen, there is never any pizza made. I've tried 5:30 and maybe that's too early, but it's been ready at this time when other cooks are back there.So, I try 6:30, and nope, no pizza. Then, we try 7:30, and you see the picture. This is a very small complaint and maybe I shouldn't be so upset over pizza at Kum & Go, then don't make it so good.

Restrooms are always clean and available and not closed, very friendly staff day and night, definitely my choice of kum &go's.

The cashiers are always nice and things are always stocked but its sad that i come here for food every morning and its burnt 99% of the time which is sad because they got 1 job and cant even do it right at all. 1 full week everythings been trash every single morning

Pretty impressive not having breakfast at six thirty in the morning. Air pump is always broken and there's never any signage posted stating it's broken.

I'm a regular and everyone who works here is great! Store is clean, employees are friendly and fast, I'm always greeted with a smile and hello. I'm spoiled now and other convenience stores are gross, lol.

I have so many AMAZING things to say about this particular store.My family and I are regular customers at this location, and I can say that for two years, the store always has consistently:- Been tidy and clean. I have never even seen the bathroom dirty in any way.- Greeted my family and me every time we walked in the door.- Fresh and high-quality food from the deli.- Upbeat and kind employees.We know many of the employees by name. The store manager has even paid for my daughter's treats on numerous occasions. Kum & Go as a brand is already top-notch as a gas and convenience store. Still, this particular location goes above and beyond.

Again guys with the worst luck when it comes to payment. First time trying to use Google Pay. The girl at the counter was very understanding with the situation. She knew there were funds in the account but I guess my phone just isn't compatible with the tap and pay and we simply could not get it to accept the payment. I finally got the funds transferred but it took awhile. She was really nice though and tried to even do it herself without any luck. But she was still very understanding.

Wow, super poor customer service. I asked for a certain type of cigar, the clerk game me the wrong kind as she ran my credit card. I told her it was the wrong one and asked for the one I wanted. She said she wasn't able to do an exchange or return bc there wasn't a manager on duty. Thanks for ripping me off. Won't be back. Furthermore, they physically take your ID and swipe it. This is HUGE cross-contamination issue. If you want to LOOK at my ID, fine, but don't touch my property with hands I just watched you touch other people's food and cash with. Poor form all around..
