Pretty good location, decent service but the room was rancid. We had 2 mini fridges, one had what looked like mold on the inside and the other one was just placed by the dresser ? They 1000000% don’t clean any of cabinets or dressers, the bathroom had chipped tiles and the shower was dirty. The bed and tv were nice. The building was absolutely disgusting. Lobby was really nice but the elevators are trashed. Weird graffiti carved in them. Hallways of the floors smell like dog/cat urine and they claim to be smoke free but the scent of cigarettes linger throughout the entirety of the hotel. My entire hallway on the second floor smelled like pot. The elevators also had trash on the floor. They claim to have vending on each floor, they do not and the only thing they had in the lobby little store was Diet Coke, sweet tea, and hot pockets. Lol. This place absolutely sucks. The best part about it is that it’s right next to a bunch of stores, the pizza and brews place is a cool spot right next to the parking lot, and there’s a Tinseltown. Other than that there’s obviously a reason it’s about 40 dollars for some rooms and there is obviously a reason I want my money back.Rooms: disgustingSafety: some homeless around parking lot but not many concerns.Walkability: Pretty walkable.

Front desk staff seemed nice and helpful. All downhill from there. The hotel had a weird smell all the time. The place just looks like they neglect it and dont do any repairs or updating. Cleaning is terrible. There was hair in the bathroom of a freshly checked in room, crumbs on the floor, and trash left behind on the floor. They didnt even clean our room while we were out for the day or bring clean towels. All I can say is im really disappointed. I wish the management or owners would remodel this hotel or properly fix stuff and better train cleaning staff.

Had a king-size bed and room was still huge! Clean room and private, Couldn't hear neighbors, definitely a plus for me. Parking was congested, so parked on the east side of the building, just off the walkway into the hotel, and my car was broken into, breaking out both front and back windows.. I parked against the wall of the building, but unfortunately, it happened to be the only side they don't have security camera's on, and it's not posted, Hotel does not take responsibility.. The room was great, their security was zero..Nearby activities: Hotel shares parking lot with Tinsel Town Theater, shops, shops, and more shops. Plenty of restaurants, all within walking distance. Short distance to event coliseum. Good location on south end of city..Walkability: Food, shopping, events center. Super markets aren't too close, be a good idea to grab what you'd want on your way there.Food & drinks: Plenty of diverse cuisines for your palette, within walking distance on a nice night. Not sure about bars or night clubs. Old Chicago's is next door for hot wings and a pitcher..

Do not waste your time here. When we checked in apparently we were at the wrong location and I showed her and she gave us an attitude. We called in advance to let them know we were coming so it was no surprise. The hotel lobby looked okay but when we started walking down the hall it looked really dirty. You see spots on the carpet and it basically looks black. We then tried to get on the elevator and you hear a really loud creaking noise as if it was broken. The elevator was shaking and smelled like smoke. This hotel claims to be a smoke free hotel but all hallways smelled like smoke and just looked very unsanitary. When we got to our room it was a struggle to get in the door and we basically had to fight the door to open it. The rooms are so close together we could hear everything. When we finally got into our room there were no towels, toilet paper, or anything a normal hotel would provide you. We had to go downstairs to get them and when we finally got them they were dirty and when we were settling in our beds had stains and had wet spots. The beds were very uncomfortable and they looked broken. We paid for queen sized beds and only received full sized beds. The rooms looked broken down and the cabinets were broken so were the handles. It was hard to get ahold of staff every time we needed something. They were in the back and would not come to the front when we needed them. This hotel is just very unsanitary and would NOT recommend. Go to another hotel.

My stay was great. Maia Jackson was the front desk clerk and she was amazing. I had to cancel two days ago and she was very informative of what to do about receiving my money back. Today I was heading back to the hotel a little past check out and when I called her she was very kind and patient with me. Service like that alone makes one want to come back! Thanks Maia!!

Door frame was damaged near the handle and looked like it had been opened by force at one point. You could see straight through to the locking mechanism. The door handle was broken to the point where it rotated up and down freely and if you didn't jiggle it just right it wouldn't engage to open. On one occasion the door closed but the lock didn't engage until forced shut. Got in the room and all the towels, etc were new, but the toilet had stains as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. Clock on the night stand didn't work. It seemed like the employees were more engaged in social activities in the back office, outside leaning in car windows talking, walking around together, etc than anything else job related. One washer and dryer for the entire hotel. Several other employees from my company were staying here at the same time and said they had similar experiences. Seemed to be a lot of personal drama going on in the lobby and people hanging out there for hours as if they weren't guests of the hotel. Couldn't find a luggage cart for two days straight.

Night staff was very courteous and down to earth. He had a very welcoming energy about him. The morning front desk attendant, she was cold and a bit rude. The hotel itself was a lil more high-end than we're used to. As such our night there was a wonderful treat, gifted by an old friend of mine. A very much needed brake. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. We were able to refresh, relax and rest. My 4yr old son did not want to leave the next day.Rooms: Very clean, beautiful, spacious rooms.Noteworthy details: Night front desk clerk was cool and welcoming.

I stayed here on a business trip and the front desk guy was nice however the rooms were gross, I got there super late the sheets were dirty but I was so tired I slept on my clothes on my bed that night. I asked the staff to change my sheets and blankets the next morning which they did but someone 100% went thru my bag while I was out. I always take pictures of my suitcase when I leave my room and I’m positive my bag was gone thru. I packed immediately and left. There was definitely some sketchy people staying there.Rooms: They need new cleaning people or to retrain.Safety: I would not stay here alone again.Walkability: There was a movie theater, target and restaurants close by.

The unit was full of what seemed to be street people, while I'm happy they had a place to stay, the odor and cleanliness was questionable! We would have not stayed here but the bed was clean, or seemed to be. Furniture and carpet was stained badly! We would not have stayed but had been on the road 20 hrs and was ready to stop..1 night crash but will definitely not go back!Service was great

ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING, UNSAFE, and UNSANITARY!!After checking in and seeing the condition of the room and hotel, I checked out, and requested a refund.Room wasn't even cleaned, comforter had long hair and stains, the space between headboard and mattress had so much hair and other unmentionable things gathered, I doubt it has ever been cleaned. Bathroom had black public hair in tub, sink and on the floor, shower curtain was stained with black spots. Burn marks all over the floor, large holes in the walls, dog hair all over the floor and gathered in the corners of the room sticking to my shoes. The stench of marijuana and cigarettes was horrible.Sad part is, the front desk person told me when I asked for a refund that it happens all the time. Also, told me it's increased since the homeless have been allowed to stay at their property.Seriously......?

Every inch of this hotel is filthy. Every member of the staff was horribly rude, one employee was dirty and smelled bad. The room was very overpriced. Every area smells bad. There were sketchy homeless people hanging around the parking lot. The only positive is the proximity to the hospital where we were visiting a family member.

Awful. Dirty. Neglected. We paid extra for a pool view but did not get a pool view. When we brought it up at the front desk, the girl said “All suites have a pool view” yet our view was of the parking lot. The entire hotel needs a deep cleaning. The coffee table was on top of the desk when we first arrived at our room. There's no trash can in the bathroom. If the bathroom sink were left on too long, it would overflow. The pillows are more like small throw pillows for a couch. Hallways were all dirty. The elevator was sketch. Front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. $165 a night is outrageous for the conditions and staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND.Noteworthy details: Do not recommend it. Just go to the better hotel across the street.

A nice place to stay honestly.. it lost a star when my cat went into the wall behind my mini fridge! Pleasee double check all nooks and crannies. Look behind your fridge if you have small pets.Yes I was able to get her out of the wall after i moved the mini fridge and climbed into a tiny dirty terrifying place!Rooms: The studio room we are staying in is very large and spacious. The lighting is crazy! Half the switches work several plugs.. some work nothing at all lol

The carpet in my room smelled of urine that did not improve throughout my stay. There were several guests with dogs and stains all over the carpet from the hallway to the rooms. Would not recommend this biohazard of a hotel.Rooms: Urine scent covered the floor.

Not very clean. Dog hair in fridge. Coffee rings on counters. Dusty. Looked as if they only changed the sheets never wiped anything down. Looked as if they just wiped down the bathroom and did not actually clean it
