This particular location has changed tremendously, now offering a larger space, private rooms, and a faster system. The office is clean. While the entrance can be a little confusing to find as it is inside a building marked Urgent Care, the process inside is efficient. The staff is very nice, friendly, and pleasant. The front desk is described as lovely and efficient, and the phlebotomists are gentle and skilled. Even without an appointment, patients report being seen reasonably fast, often with minimal wait times, allowing them to be in and out in less than an hour. Many reviewers note their experience was exceptional, contrary to some negative reviews, and they were pleasantly surprised by the quick and easy service.

Came here on a Friday and they weren’t busy at all. I probably only waited for 10 min. The office is clean and everyone is very nice. I don’t know why the bad reviews. My experience was very different.
