I went in to the store on Saturday and Caroline helped me. She was friendly, professional and so very helpful. She listened to my concerns and my wants and set up a dressing room full of items to try. She was super and I left with 5 new pieces. Looking forward to my new outfits! Thank you, Caroline!

Opening the store 10 minutes late I need two girls parked right in the parking spaces where it was designated for 30 minutes parking for clients. Also, couldn’t even order the pants that I wanted online said there are none, that is almost ridiculous

Big shoutout to Ana she was so sweet and helpful. She taught me so much about wearing a bra and knowing what to look for. The manager on duty said she was the best person for measuring and boy was she right. I’ve been wearing the wrong size bra for the longest time and I didn’t even realize it. She measured me got me into a bra and it was life changing. I left the store so confident with my new bras and so educated about something I worn for the last 20 years at least.

First time going into a lane Bryant besides as a kid with my mom and aunt, as I’m sadly starting to be more of a plus size. But the purpose was to get new bras that fit. Rocky was really great and took my measurements and the size I tried on was the perfect size like I’ve won the lottery! I’ll be back to look into jeans, pants, and tops in the future.

The staff member was very helpful the first time I visited and put items on hold for me. But do not believe it when it says online that they have curbside pickup. Tried to use that when I wanted to come get my hold items but was told that they don’t even offer curbside at all. Would have been nice since I am disabled. So only 3 stars.

Plus size ladies, size 14 and up who have problems finding the right bra, this is most definitely the place for you. I walked in ready to cry because i couldn't find a decent form fitting bra anywhere. These ladies made me feel so comfortable, measured to find the right fit and brought me what I needed. I felt relieved to have such amazing service. I purchased 3 bras and will never shop anywhere else for bras ever again.

I bought two pairs of jeans yesterday. They fit great in the fitting room. I got them home, washed them and started wearing them around the house. Now the pants are falling off. I called the store and asked if I could return them since I have my receipt. They said no. Once you take the tags off you can’t return. Go somewhere else with a better return policy. It is clear that Lane Bryant does NOT care about customer satisfaction. They literally told me they could do nothing for me. Lane Bryant has poor customer service and they do not stand behind their products to ensure customers are satisfied.

I moved to Colorado Springs about 18 months ago. I've gone into this store 3 times. There will NOT be a fourth time. Every time I go in there I'm concerned that I'm invisible because no one acknowledges that I'm in the store, speaks to me or offers to help in any way. It's incredible frustrating. I've never been to a Lane Bryant so lacking in customer service, and as a military spouse, I've had the opportunity to shop in Lane Bryants in many cities and states. There are always 3-4 employees standing together laughing and talking, but they offer zero of that energy to their customers. I went in today ready to refresh my fall wardrobe and left not spending a dime. You can do better - but I won't be there to see it.
