If I could leave a 10 star review for Nick Clifford (in the service department) - I would!I have had the pleasure of working with him twice now and found him to be very educated, patient, and respectful to my individual needs.Unfortunately, having your vehicle serviced at a dealership can seem like a farce + rip off at times - but also worth the money for the quality of service......if you can afford itNick has only been beyond helpful and informed about the best actions to take when it comes to protecting my vehicle + performing the required preventative maintenance within my financial limitations.Because of my great experiences with Nick Clifford - I highly recommend this dealership for all of your Toyota needs.

Michael Moss, Assistant Service Manager, was very helpful during my two recent appointments. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what needed to be done with my car and how much it would cost. Excellent customer service!

Nazzi was excellent in showing me the RAV4 hybrid and selling the vehicle. The car was cleaned up nicely as well. I am super happy with this car and hope to have it for a long time.

From beginning to end my experience at this dealership was wonderful. I believed they charged a fair price but what impressed me the most was the employees. Chris, was my service advisor who kept me in the loop with my repairs and never pushed me to add any unnecessary services. He even took the time to take me down to the shop to look at the CV boot that was leaking and also a few other things that could wait a little on repair. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism. He didn't give me any any false sense or urgency regarding anything. He was very calm with me, which has earned my future business. All around VERY good job Chris in service and thank you Corwin Toyota!

I went it to Corwin earlier this week to see about trading in my vehicle and we got off on the wrong start. However, Curtis, the GM, personally sat down with my husband and I to make the situation right. He made sure I got the car I wanted and even worked with us to make sure I got the best interest rate possible. I wouldn’t have ended up with the nicest Camry you can buy if it weren’t for him. Max and Mitch in sales were both great to work with. Mitch got the car ready for me to take home and was so kind to both my husband and I. And Jem was also amazing! She explained everything in detail and made paperwork a breeze. Overall, I’m so glad we gave Corwin another chance. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future to give them our business. ?

I took my car for an appointment at 9 am for an oil changed and new wipers. I finally called at 130 to see where my car was , cause it should have been done fast. He said it was just sitting there and will be done at the end of the day. I stated no I have things I need to do. Then he said we will work on it now. I come in cause I got tired of waiting. I came in at 330 or so, told me my fog lights weren't done and I told him well I'll just do it myself I got tired of waiting . And now he said ok we are putting your car down now or something like that so 10 more min. This is ridiculous. You made and appointment and 9 am it's now almost 4pm.

Terrible service department, they leave your hazards on and vehicle off which will kill your battery. After a scheduled oil change at 1pm I asked for my keys back at 2:45. Omar Perez said it's being worked on. It was still located in the same spot and clearly not being worked on. I had to jump start my vehicle with my jump box since they killed the battery. I have an accessory battery and fully built 4Runner with many things that drawl power. Avoid Omar and this dealership if you value your time.

We bought a truck here for 20k and it was on its last leg.They said it was Serviced but that was true.Both drums calibers pads needed replaced coil wire spark plugs hanging out no lube in them sparking and the ecoboost or turbo out.Thats alot of damage for them.not to see.Now their saying I agreed to this as is.Thengave me a 2 year warranty former issues but won't fix the truck to be road legal. 5000 in repairs to get to the major repairs.JB on his next deal too busy for us to get his next commision and Curtis the boss don't care only fixed brakes fir us and it's clear this truck wasn't serviced or legal for the road.Pute negligence on Corwin.I give them a F in caring for customers and sales

Booked a routine oil change for 1100. It is now 1 p.m. they never bothered to even start the service. Still waiting. No customer service. Came back my oil change wasn't even started they where all sitting around eating their lunch's.

This is my hardest review ever. I've been a customer since this was Larry Miller Toyota. My wife and I have been using their maintenance service since 2017, but today was tough! Instead of confirming my prepaid service, the guy jumped the gun with 60K service that was around $1,200. I was so confused because the guy never explained that it's a recommended service. I declined. They sent me all the things they found, first totalling around $800, later totalling over $5K!!! I had to decline and ended up even more confused. The diagnosis was on the rotors, and that it was critical to get them replaced. When I declined because, of course, I don't have that amount of money, he said let me tell them. He came back telling me that "they wouldn't know the condition of the rotors until they start working on it"... but wait, then how in the world did they get a diagnosis?I'm definitely going to use my last prepaid service, and then go somewhere else. This was a fishing expedition at my expense. Not happy, not recommended.Service Rep: Chris F.

We like these guys a lot and have used them for service (both Toyota Care and non-Toyota Care service) and for purchasing new cars. I'm inherently skeptical of car sales and maintenance. I don't like feeling like I'm being sold something, especially something I don't need, and as a woman I have felt in the past that I was being told a bunch of nonsense when it comes to cars. This isn't the case at Corwin. I have always felt they are being honest about maintenance of both my previous car (outside of the Toyota Care program) and current new car (still within the Toyota Care program). When we purchased our newest car, they didn't pressure me to add on things I knew I didn't need. We worked with Robert Filip and I felt he allowed me to maintain autonomy over the process in a way that I really appreciated. Negotiating what I did and didn't need, along with the cost, didn't feel like a high-stakes game of chess. They gave me fair value for my trade-in, and I walked away genuinely feeling good about my experience. We're using Corwin again to purchase another new car now, and we once again are thankful for a low-pressure experience. They'll absolutely continue to have our business in the years to come.
