This is end of neighborhood consumer/investor banking. Banks used to be service providers. They kept your money safe while providing interest on your savings along with great service. They also provided financial services to you and your community. When I opened my Cheyenne Mountain Bank account over 25 years ago they were exactly that. As they transitioned to Legacy Bank they still did fine. InBank, the latest take over, is part of a new breed of banks that takes your money and provides only a bare minimum services often with fees attached. I can't even get my transactions for the last year without calling to request copies of my past statements and waiting for them to sent an email. I have moved all of my funds to a full service bank providing over 4% interest. My other bank has online activity searches going back to the opening of my accounts and someone who answers the phone when I call. Bye bye old neighborhood bank I will miss you.

This bank is new and is a takeover of Legacy Bank. We have enjoyed Legacy Bank for many years as it had a small town bank feel. We closed our accounts at INBANK a couple of days ago, The first thing the new bank did was to start charging $3 for paper statements. Next they charged me $10 because the average daily balance of my account was less than $1500. I called and talked to an assistant manager and complained. He listened and said a $1500 balance requirement was not unreasonable. I told him the banks were not safe and I always keep the least I can because of Bail-ins. I got the old "You are insured up to $250,000 by FDIC". He is right but the FDIC has about 200 billion to cover over three trillion in individual deposits. So anyway, I never heard back from the guy named Josh. It's been over a month since he promised to get back to me. Bank runs have started. We closed our INBANK accounts and opened accounts in a much safer credit union.

The mobile site doesn't work. The web site accepts my password but mobile site doesn't. They have very poor hours. Even drive through isn't open on Saturdays. The people at the bank can't help with mobile site problems.when you call you never get a person. They say leave a message but no one calls back. I'm about done with this bank

I don't know why but every time I come to the Colorado Springs location im treated very poorly. Every single one of the ladies that does a transaction they are extremely rude and very entitled. If it happens again im filing a complaint. There is no reason for your behavior, it is extremely unprofessional.

I was helped by Darlene. She was very professional about taking the time to explain everything about my account and the possibilities I could have with my account. Definitely appreciate this company already.

Legacy Bank not only has the nicest people working there, but they truly care about you! I have had everything from business accounts, personal accounts, equipment loans, auto, lines of credit, CD's, etc. over the past 30 years and they are consistent, thorough and friendly. Highly recommend!

I suggest any potential customers to go else where don't waste your time. Why turn away a potential customer just because they aren't already established just because of the pandemic. Was bringing thousands of dollars to your establishment but your Loss.

Great experience each and every time I go in. This bank is different than the other banks that ive had. They remember your name...which took me by surprise. They are always happy and friendly. This is a great bank!

Went to this location to have a document notarized. After answering, what seemed like too many questions for Thelma (what was the document, why my address on my ID was different, was I from a military family) she told me to go ahead and sign.

I've been a customer since 1994 never had a reason to change banks and probably never will. The staff is wonderful. They do everything right.
