“I wanted to share my experiences with Bob Hawkins State Farm Agent in Northern Colorado Springs and his incredible staff. I moved to Colorado about 4.5 years ago and have dealt with hail, storms, and other "fun" things Colorado brings to the table. Every time I have an issue, I make a call to the office and quite often get Bob to talk to, but that's not even needed. Bob's staff is so very competent that I rarely need to talk to the Bob the Agent. Christine (amazing with customers and knowledge), Jessica (awesome and so gracious), and I think her name is Jasmine (incredible at dealing with issues and policies) are fully competent and so very helpful with any issue I have, reviewing policies and coverage, and just being pleasant on the phone. I cannot tell you how different that is from so many other people.I have left messages often on the phone and they are promptly returned. I have called and this team answers the phone most times on the first ring and get immediate help. If there is a question (rare) that they cannot answer, they figure it out and call me back. Service, Service, Service is the name of this office. They make me feel very secure about my insurance needs and my current coverage. They call with with good news and bad news on my policies. “Let me say I wouldn’t normally send a review for this. I went online to one of those cut rate insurance companies and all they do is redirect you to everybody else. With that being said I was sent to Allstate so I thought I would be talking to an AI person. Little did I know I met Terry. He is one of the nicest people in the insurance business that I have had a pleasure of dealing with. He explained everything explicit detail and made sure that if I didn’t need the coverage I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need. The rates are especially comparable to some of the lower level insurance companies, but I would rather go with a known brand and a reputation. This insurance company has everything and they have real people to talk to and a real Office. They are happy to help anybody here in Colorado, even though their office is down in the springs, but that doesn’t mean you won’t get to talk to a real person on a regular basis. Thanks so much. I look forward to having my policies with you for a long time.”
