Lighthouse Flooring is the best! Lighthouse Flooring recently helped with the remodel our master bathroom. The end product is absolutely stunning! Their crews were clean, professional, and fast. They completed the vinyl plank flooring and shower tile in 2 days. I cannot stress enough how happy we are with the work that Lighthouse Flooring did for us!

I recently had Lighthouse Flooring install new carpet in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and budget-friendly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They quickly scheduled the service, and the team completed the job in just one day!! The workmanship was highly professional, and they left the area clean and spotless. This business was extremely difficult to work with. It started off great, I loved that they were a local family owned business and they were super responsive- at first. The product got delayed (which is was not their fault at all) BUT communication with Uriah after we put down our initial deposit (50%) was atrocious. It was difficult to reach anyone, get any information, updates, confirmation, and scheduling the install. If I could go back in time I would absolutely chose another company. It was a nightmare of a process that stretched out over months. Install crew they hired were very nice but they did damage some of my baseboards in the kitchen and didn’t rotate which boxes they used during install so I have patches of dark and light areas all over rather than the varying board colors mixed in for a more cohesive look.

Had a great carpet experience. Installation was great. Price was perfect for my budget. Would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

After install they have no fallow through. Every time you contact them, either they are out of town or there installers are. Cant get them to come and fix issues with the flooring at all. They say there is life time warranty on the flooring, but that's pointless because you cant get them to come and fix anything.

Love the floor, good pricing on planks. Difficult install, left without finishing entry transitions and tub/shower transitions. But, made it right. Poor project management communication. Watch your costs. Not qualified to pull toliets. Sales person did her best.

Hello, I thought I would reach out following the “repair” installation of our stairs, being no one from Lighthouse thought to. I’m extremely disappointed with your company. The lack of communication and scheduling is astonishing. We rearranged our schedules every time you said someone would be there. I understand things happen but no one was proactive with communication. Workers were either hours late if they showed up at all. Your disrespect for our schedule is disgusting to be frank. Your lack of knowledge with your product is ridiculous. The fact you can out right lie to a customer, makes me wonder how you stay in business. As an example, Markita promised me profusely that only new materials would be used. However, that wasn’t the case. They reused all the previous stair noses that didn’t break when they fell off, only using new materials when they had to. This is not the only instance I’m pretty sure you weren’t honest with me, back to the day our materials were delivered. They didn’t prep the stairs with any attention to detail, leaving all the glue residue from the previous installation. They did not have true knowledge of the installation. When the nail gun wouldn’t work the solution was just rely on only the glue and put weight on each stair (with rocks from my yard) and not use them for 24hrs. Our daughter had to go around outside in winter the entire night and next day to get to her room. We could have made arrangements had we been informed this would be required. We’re left with subpar at best stairs. Don’t get me wrong I am in no way asking you to come back as we don’t want you at our home ever again. We are completely disappointed that we wasted over $1,000; your company should never install products on stairs. I have reached out to the BBB and as I always do I will now be completing my review.

I had a fantastic experience with Uriah and his crew at Lighthouse Flooring. They handled my questions, request and instillation the best!!! From ordering to instillation I had no problems. Uriah help me with the selection of the perfect LVT color for my kichen, hall, bathroom and laundry room. no mess and the crew was professional and cleaned up as they went. I’m perfectly happy with their work and would definitely recommend!

From the customer service, Markita, to the installers, Nick and Dalton, we have received excellent results. Markita was great to work with and Nick and Dalton were very professional. When we have our carpet replaced, upstairs, we will call them again.

Working with Markita to assist me in choosing the best flooring replacement solution for my home was an absolute breeze! Throughout multiple modifications to the project, Markita and her team allowed me to customize what would best fit my project requirements.Even after requesting to conduct my own demolition and haul my own flooring, I eventually requested assistance from Lighthouse Flooring. After having difficulty of removing my own flooring, they happily did the job--FREE of CHARGE!I will definitely repeat business with Markita and her team on my future rental homes!
