One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Rude. Arrogant. Inefficient. And don;t really care. Recently ordered a new C Pap. After sever weeks I called. Turns out they have an old address from four years ago even though they have send supplies to the new one several times. Representative says they don't share information like that with each other. Imagine that. Also claims my doctor has not sent the right scrip. I know she has but she needs to send again. This is just one example of several years of this kind of experience. Wish I could go to another company but I hear most are similar. Would have less than one star if I could do it.

The reason I give 4 star is the service is good, but twice in a row I place an order on Thursday to be deliver on Friday and they alway telling me that they are out of oxygen cylinder. If this happen again I will change provider that will provide my need.

The person who helped me with the CPAP was knowledgeable and professional. Every time I try calling with a question I go thru the automated system then it ends the call. The CPAP machine does not count every hour you wear it. Maybe half. Quite disappointing. If not for the guy I delt with I would give u a zero.

In general I have liked the company but I went in approximately 6 weeks before a scheduled trip to get information on renting a portable O2 concentrator. Everything sounded great. I was quoted a price. And planned my trip thinking I had that worked out. When I called today I spoke to a different person, McKayla. She said they won't rent me one since I only need it at night. I have proper prescriptions. I was told something totally different and planned around the info I was provided. Now 8m having trouble finding a alternative in the time frame I have left.

Transporting my Dad from Colorado Springs to Canon City, they were supposed to deliver an oxygen tank for the trip down and they took over an hour. My sister took the day off to drive him down and will have to take another because she had to cancel her appointments waiting for the delivery. I await the generic reply from Lincare

My experience at Lincare was Phenomenal, I've never used a CPAP and was nervous to start but after learning more about my CPAP Machine abd how to use it from the amazing Tech Brian Carroll I left my appointment more at ease and excited to start my CPAP journey.

I will never do business with Lincare in Colorado Springs ever again. After having my new bipap for two weeks, I would not get used to it and returned it. I was assured by Brian Carroll that that there would be no charges for returning the equipment. That was not true. My card was charged for 139.29 shortly after this. I was sent and charged for equipment that I did not order. In addition, I was charged another 80.73 along with a late charge. Calling their customer service in Florida will guarantee at minimum a 45 minute hold time, and they were not helpful. I was forced to go to the Colorado Springs and confront Brian. Please, DO NOT USE this company.

We are on vacation in Colorado Springs from Missouri and my Dad's portable breathing was malfunctioning. They were so kind and helpful! Got him set up with what he needed and made it very easy to return items once we head for home. Made sure we were fully equipped with everything we needed.

Kudos to Brain. He does an excellent job. If I can't remember a certain device connected to my machines he always knows and corrects any difficulties that needed. Lincare has improved greatly for their customers.

Colorado Springs local office is one of the most caring places with a caring staff. The customer service reps take time to figure out solutions for patients and are very transparent. Lincare is highly recommended in my book over other DME company’s in the area, they get the job done and help their customers. Keep up the good work Lincare team!

We had Tim who came and delivered a few necessities and through the confusion he was the kindest, thorough, and helpful person to help us. In all our time we have used Lincare he was the best helper we could've ask for. Thank you so much Tim.

Having to care for someone needing O2, I was not as knowledgeable as I would’ve liked in this area. I was very pleased with the time, patience and care I received from everyone at Lincare. They took the time to set us up with the correct equipment for our needs and I now feel comfortable caring for my loved one. Thank You Lincare!

We called this Lincare because we were concerned we would run our of my daughter's O2 on a long drive back to Cheyenne. Ed gave perfect directions (this location is difficult to find!), then went out of his way to help us. We had some tank issues which he rectified and also hooked us up with some pediatric cannulas since my daughter is very petite. If I lived in the area we would certainly reach out to Ed for our respiratory needs. Thank you!!

Only gave one star - would like to give NO STARS. Since the beginning of 2023 I have had multiple delivery dates missed for my O2 tanks - half the time you don't even get a courtesy call but spend your entire day waiting for them to come; they run out of portable tanks and offer you sizes that are not easily transported if you are elderly and physically limited on weight. I have several complaints against them and I am generally a very easy going person. I am compiling information in order to file a complaint with the State of Colorado. Lincare should not be allowed to treat handicapped people with such poor regard. Choose a different oxygen supplier and RUN away from this company. I will be changing suppliers as soon as I get the go ahead from insurance carrie.
