I worked with Adam from Listen Up to give my husband some Klipsch Dolby Atmos speakers for his birthday, my husband ended up figuring out the surprise, so we decided to upgrade our entire speaker system. Adam was extremely patient, especially given that I had no idea what was going on (told him we had a completely different speaker system than we did), he was communicative, very quick to respond, and didn’t mind answering what I am sure were probably dumb questions. Adam went out of his way to deliver all of the speakers that were in stock the day before my husband’s birthday, and made it a point to promptly schedule the installation of the other two speakers as soon as they will be available. I am beyond impressed and will be reaching out to Listen Up for any other home theater needs in the future. Adam, thank you for being so patient and kind!

Terrible experience with Phil Fuentes. Extremely unprofessional and even kinda ghetto. Would never do business with this place because of him and thought the owners should know what kind of terrible employees they have representing their brand

My wife and I needed a receiver and a sub for our sound system in our newly built home, we worked with Nathan and our experience was top notch. All our questions were answered and we were given several different options and price points based on our needs, will be using you guys again for our sound system needs in the future!

Walked around the showroom for 20 minutes, never even got so much as a hello or acknowledgement of my existence from the two employees on the phone (A wave or head nod would have been nice). Couldn't find any headphones besides the 4 low-end ones on display near the front. I was hoping to pick up a set of the new Audeze. Don't come here for your high-end headphone needs, just buy online.

Listen Up's Clint Kawakami is superbly knowledgable and devoted to making things right. He troubleshot a very elusive video problem and left us with a good interim solution pending some decisions on our part. Couldn't ask for better service.

I see lots of great reviews here so I admit my confusion when I give them a 1-star rating. Six weeks ago, I went in and talked to these folks about upgrading my theater room and whole house sound system. They sent a tech out to our house to look at our set up and discuss our desires/expectations. He said he would get back with us the next week with his teams recommendations. Five weeks have gone by and I have not heard a thing from them and I don't believe it is my place to contact them. From my vantage point LIstenUp provides very poor customer service, thus my 1-star rating.This was the ListenUp on Woodmen Rd in Colorado SpringsFollow-up: Though the ListenUp cost estimation process is cumbersome, their management was very responsive to my questions and even took time to come to my home and talk to me about some of my issues/concerns. Ultimately, I have decided to go with a different vendor but believe ListenUp will provide excellent products and services.

If I could leave this with zero stars I would. I have Been going to Listen Up for years, since high school, so for a long time. Been to several different Listen Ups since then. I have always been greeted with a smile and have had excellent customer service. However, since moving to Colorado Springs, the Listen Up here has been a HUGE disappointment!! First of all, they never greet me with a smile, they talk to me like I have no clue about electronics, and are always pushing their tech services, which I do not need! I bought a receiver which I tried to purchase at this local store and was given the complete runaround. They thought I didn't know what I was talking about, which they made very apparent. I left the store and came home to order it online. I brought my older receiver in to get fixed because it stopped working on the 4K 2.2 connection. Everything works when hooked straight to the tv but when hooked to the receiver, there isn't a picture. I took this receiver in at the end of January 2022 called twice no receiver . Here it is March 22 and I had to go in the store to find out where my receiver is. I gave the clerk my info, he looked it up on the computer and said he didn't know where it is or anything about it. After he gave me the runaround once again, he finally got up off his butt and went to back to see if it had been placed in the back. After 10 minutes he comes to the front with "my" receiver. Paperwork attached said they couldn't duplicate the issue and said there was nothing wrong with it. The receiver was still wrapped in bubble wrap so I didn't get a good look at it until I got home. Unfortunately this receiver is not the same one I sent in to have fixed. My receiver was in immaculate condition, no dents, no scratches, no misaligned parts, it looked brand new. The one I got back has misaligned connections, dent on the front, and scratches on it. But before coming home and seeing this, while still in the store. 1of 2

Fantastic to work with. If u want it done right go to ListenUp! They r worth every penny! They back their products n Clint, the technician is THE BEST! He did my original install 10yrs ago! I needed to upgrade some things n he came back. Customer Service is the best there is!!!
